[GAME][2.3+]RAFT - Survive on Raft(ALPHA) - Android Apps and Games

Hi guys. I'm young developer from Poland(19 yers old) and I'm working on creating a raft survival game on android. I started creating it 4 days ago and I have basic alpha version on Google Play. I'm adding updates every single day and work almost 18 hours a day to make it work. And it is paying off(not in the money ) but for the first time in my game development career my app is getting downloads. But there is planty of scam app. Just search "Raft" in google play and look at the reviews of first top 5/6 apps. I'm trying my best to get to the people that really want to play Raft but these scam apps are scaring people away. I know this is a self promotion. I know this game is in pre alpha and doesn't have a lot of content but I'm doing my best and I would really love to see people playing and enjoying my work. So if you have a little time and android phone, could you please download my app and give here a feedback? So I can work on things that people want? I will start a game forum in this weekend to give you a chance to influence game development and give it a direction that you players want it to go.

Also I will answer any questions about game development, how to start, how to do it, where to learn, how to publish your game on Google Play and everything you can think of

How to market your android games and apps part 1

Ok you put time and effort into your games or apps but still cant seem to get downloads. You might even see a game or app similar to yours but for some reason they are charting but your not. There are over 100,000 developers and over a million apps on googleplay. What are they doing that your not?
1) Website- I see a lot of developers that have a single blog page for all their apps. Look at the format of google play and match your website as close as you can to what google play has. Why? Customers are use to a certain format and like things that look familiar . Think like a customer when building a website and put the same effort as you were in programming your apps.
2)Social Networking-Make a twitter and facebook account. Any app release you have or updates post them. You can even interact with customers and get feedback directly from them. Use this as a tool to learn from real people and adjust your game or app based on feedback.
3)Make Niche Apps- There is no way indie developers can match the power of big companies. Rather than try to take on gameloft or EA focus on niche apps. Small apps like car locators or how to cook books. Small apps like these have been know to get more downloads vs making a game going against a bigger company. Small focused apps or simple games with great graphics can draw people to your app.
4)Post in Forums- Post your game or app in several forums. Be careful as many forums are not really indie friendly. Most forums have a section where you can post games or apps away from where regular forum users cant see. Also you might run into jealous developers who have nothing better to do then degrade your game. Post in several forums to bring in users but remember this is only a small part of your marketing efforts. This forums is very developer friendly though.
5)Rate Me Button- In your apps your should have a rate me button and a googleplay button that points to only your apps in google play. You can also have a button to your website to give the customer a more personal touch.
6) Paid vs. Free- I would suggest you make 4 to 5 free apps before making a paid app. Most customers do not want to pay and only enjoy free apps. You can make a paid version but be warned if you make a paid version users might
1) uninstall the free version
2)buy the paid version
3)refund the paid version but keep the apk on thier device
4) Now they have the paid version for free.
I will make another how to market your android apps part 2 soon. Till then good luck with your games and apps.
These are helpful tips seeing as me and a friend just released our first app a month ago, thanks!

Block Hopp Android - My first app which I made in 3 months during high school -Arcade

Hey Guys,
Using unity and C# I made my first game over the course of the past 3 months - "Block Hopp", which I think can get really popular due to its addictive style like most of Ketchapp's games.
Do you guys mind telling me what you think about my game and helping me spread it? Feel free to ask me any questions at all.
You can look up "Block Hopp" on Google Play or on the iOS App Store

[GAME][4.1+][BETA] Beta Testers Needed: Money Clicker – Business Simulator+Idle Game

Hello everyone,
I am glad to be able to present you a game I created. It's called Money Clicker. As you can imagine, this game is an idle clicker. But before you say: "Just one more of many boring idle clicker games", I want to show you what Money Clicker makes different than the competitive apps. In Money Clicker you can not only click until you finger hurts - no you can purchase world-famous skyscrapers, buy company stocks in the virtual stock exchange, and even start your own business with thousands of employees! Additionally, the game is tightly integrated with Google Play Games, so you can earn achievements, climb leader-boards and compare with your friends. And the best: Money Clicker is completely free and doesn't contain ads.
It started as a small app on a January afternoon but turned soon into a much bigger project. Please notice that this game is still in Beta and may contain some bugs. I would really appreciate if you could test the app and give me feedback (perhaps in this thread or per Google Play Store feedback).
Interested?
Unfortunately I am not permitted to post links so if you want to try it please go to the Google Play Store and search for "Money Clicker" and select the app from "Illumination Apps".
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me.

Awesome. Sounds great. I'll give it a go.
Would it be possible to get changelogs of updates to see what's changing from patch to patch?
Love
I'm a beta tester and I'm currently obsessed. I would like to eventually be able to have more strategy involved in some areas, but I'm just craving a deeper real time turn over. Long term stocks and day trading. I like the randomization and variables. All ready more categories to explore than most and different incomes to acquire. Keep up the great work!
suggestions and maybe a bug
I have a few things to say, first of all: Great game, great idea, it's really fun.
I'd like to know more how things really work, for example when I upgrade the research facilities of my business what will this do? will I have a lower cost? will I be able to sell my goods at higher prices? What about using money to spend in research? What's going to happen???
Also I'd like to report a bug: I upgraded the factory this morning by 1 level and it was already at maximum level, the hint said "you should hire more workers in order to get your goods out in the world fastest" or something like that, the problem is that the minimum amount of employees I could hire was 12.000, thus I was -30.000.000 in the account balance and after a few minutes the game said "your business failed, you sold everything except the REIT to repay your debts" ....
Anyway it's really a good game,
Thanks
Wow, now 500k+ downloads.
I'd like my game to be so successful too.

Hello friends, my name is Edgar. My friend Eric and I have been working on our first game for 11 months. We do not have much experience or training in this field. But we are very hardworking. Two days ago the store accepted our game and it motivated us even more to move forward. We are very glad to present it to you too. Play, leave your opinions, that is the most important thing for us. Move forward և everything will work out.
