[Q] HELP Acro S brocken

Heay all, first off all you have to excuse my bad english.
I played a game yesterday and suddenly my Xperia acro s crashed.
I have the original firmware and the mobilephone always worked well.
If iy boot the device the Sony logo appears after that a yellow triangle in front of a mobile device appears.I've made a picture of the yellow triangle but XDA doesn't allow me to send links becuase i don't have 10 posts. If someone wants to see the picture send a pm to me.
I tried already to flash an original firmware on the device via the sony flashtool. But it doesn't work because the flashtool doesn't find the device. It is the same problem with the PC Companion.
I hope you can help.

[Completed] Soft Bricked/ Not booting Sony xperia E C1504

Problem: When powered on "SONY" logo comes and after that a screen showing a mobilephone with a blue downward arrow and yellow triangle with exclamation mark is shown
History: I was trying to root the phone and after rooting, the phone suggested an OTA update to the software and I gave "Yes" After installing the update when it restarted it came to the above described problem. I tried to flash it with Flash it with the stock ROM to bring it back to original state. Despite that it is still doing the same thing. I have tried to go to bootloader, even that isnt working.
URGENT, guys please help! Its my friend's phone and I dont wanna disappoint that poor chap.

[Q] Z3 D6653 Stuck in Sony Xperia Startup Screen

Hi All,
I tried to update the system software to Lollipop via PC today. in the middle of the update an error occurred saying internet connection was not available (in fact there was no problem with the internet connection). i followed the instruction to re-connect the phone to the PC via the USB cable. now the phone stucks at the Sony Xperia bootup screen and when i connected my phone to PC via the Sony PC Companion, it only detects my phone as "Sony/Sony Ericsson/Tablet" and not Sony Z3 (D6653) anymore.
Anyone knows how to resolve the issue? best if i can continue to update to lollipop, or if not restoring to the old setting would be great too.
Thanks Guys
Cheers

thank you, [email protected]! May i also ask if there are any country-specific firmware for Z3?
i am residing in Hong Kong, i checked the link you provided below and there is only one firmware for download D6653_23.2.A.1.62_HK.ftf, is this one version for all Z3 around the world?
