I want to know if somebody with android programming skill can unlock the bootloader of a phone....or is it necessary for the manfacturer to provide bootloader unlocking facility?(it has been so long that there is no support for asus ZenFone max sd615 with rooting and stuff,from the company's side).If one can what are the pre-requisites?.....i am having an asus ZenFone max sd615 model.

I would suggest you to wait patiently , that device doesn`t have any sources to unlock the bootloader uploaded as off yet so it won`t be possible

You need unlock code. Since huawei shown his chinese face in this matter you are stuck with stock or you can sell this phone

i need help unlocking the bootloader on my huawei tablet, i have tried dc unlocker but no luck because device isn't supported, i have contacted huawei directly and they said they ended their service in 2018, anyone knows how i can unlock the bootloader without key or if theres a way how to find the key, also it has to not take like a week to unlock (guess) the code.
also does anyone know where the testpads are located on this tablet ?

There is no such thing as a relock app. You can relock your bootloader from Fastboot with some caveats and risks if your device is not a genuine WW version.
