Hello developers. Thanks for the help every time I looked into XDA. Just changed my device few days ago. Now I have a Samsung Galaxy on 5 model g550fy running on Android 6.0.1. I have XDA labs installed on my device. On my device, it is showing Samsung Galaxy s2, but my device is Galaxy on 5. Why it z showing this?
Second thing I want to ask is, is cyanogen mod ROM is available for on5?Or any kind of custom ROM is available?
Third thing is, where is XDA assist in mobile app? I have to logged into XDA website from browser and goto XDA assist, then it showed to open with app or browser. Is this directly not available in app?
I will be grateful for help.
Hi !
Here is almost everything about your device , have a look
XDA Assist is available on tapatalk and on xda labs as well , just write " xda assist " on the application`s search bar and it will show up , bookmark it
Cheers!

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA Assist You may try developing for your device using various guides on XDA You may try posting here Android General
Good Luck!
No Where I can find the CF root file
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I see you've posted here also, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/root-galaxy-e500h-lollipop-5-1-1-t3189202. That is the best place to ask for help. They are users of your device and I'm sure they'll post an answer if they find a root method.
All right .Thank you.

I have a Galaxy Tab 4 with Android 4.4 and rooted.
I use a guest account so that it can only use already installed apps.
But when only ever the guest is logged in the App never updates.
I was told that that is the case because I disabled Play Store permissions and the service that is responsible for updating belongs to the Play Store App.
Is it possible to enable this? I want the guest user to be able to update existing apps, but not to install new ones.
I have a reasonable experience with Android phones and with developing apps for it, but I never worked with rooted devices, I just kind of got this task handed to me as is. Any help, clearifications or pointing me into right directions would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!
