[Q] Erro 495 no Google Play - Milestone 2 (CM 10.2 - 4.3)

Friends,
I installed the rom Engle Mars for the Milestone 2 (CM10.2) which is actually quite good, but two applications in particular (no other has more important) I can not download that are Facebook and Twitter, while trying to download it and then takes error 495 presents, I saw several things on the internet, I cleared the cache Services Framework, Google Play restarted, tested it on other networks, and 4.3 can not delete the updates for Google Play it update again, anyone have any idea what may solve this case?
I thank those who help, if you can not smoothly, I try to reset and install rom again, just wanted to know if anyone has a better tip.

Try removing and adding back your account. You can also try using a VPN app.

error 495
Same with me too, I bought nexus 5 yesterday and not able to update any apps or install new ones. Someone please hep !
I tried all suggestions of clearing cache etc. Also tried restore factory

[Completed] Problem in installation of facebook messenger and facebook

I have a phone Yezz Andy 5ei (Android 5.1)
I tried to install Facebook and Facebook Messenger but I get error code-504 and sometimes 504.
Note: I have installed Facebook lite and messenger lite and other application without error

Hello and Welcome to XDA-developers
Generally, that means a Gateway error and I would suspect the problem being on the router end rather than the Nook side. Sometimes a router reset will cure it.
If this doesn't help try:
Method 1:
clear data and clear cache of google play store & google service framework
Method 2:
remove your gmail account
reboot
Re-add account
Report if you can solve it!

Thank you so much for your prompt response.
I tested these solutions, but I have the same error, also I tried the hard reset on my phone but also didn't work.
I have downloaded messenger from my PC and I have installed it, this solution working for me, but still the problem of update because it will download it from google play.

You can install other apps from playstore? How much free space do you have on your device storage?

I Have enough space storage (Remaining Memory 500 MB)

Gmail not working when deleting chrome.

Hey guys, so when I deleted chrome. Gmail started to force close. I restored it and it worked.
Is there a workaround to have Gmail working without having chrome installed in the Device?

Reinstall google chrome, and then wipe cache and storage on Gmail. Then check apkmirror for newest version of gmail.

Problems with Playstore

Hello,
after Factory Reset, PlayStore is removed on my PDEM30 China device.
Maybe because of the Beta rom ?
after installing the Playstore.apk via apkMirror, ... Playstore force-close after adding an account AND start to download any files.
It seems that it has some permission problems ?
Any ideas ?

Beta 3 has problems. My app store is crashing as well.

Maybe it´s because of broken Google services ? Can we go back to an older firmware Version ?
... i Tried everthing... Playstore doesn´t work anymore on Beta3.
Is it regarding factory-reset ? Can anyone confirm this is also affected without factory-reset ?

I am updated my phone to beta3 yersterday, and i dont have problem with playstore. Everything works.
Try to install playstore from oppo market.

The Problem is there is no playstore in the Oppo market !

My Gmail app crashes as well. I'm using Aptoide for now. I tried reinstalling Google services, Google frameworks, and the beta Google play store but all has not solved the issue. I also try clearing cache and storage but no luck.

New beta (4) is available.

Question Webview not detected issue

All of a sudden webview is not detected. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, switch to beta channel, leave beta channel... Nothing
Tried to reinstall Chrome as well.. Didn't help
All apps crash with webview provider missing.
I'm using android 13 and everything worked well until this morning.

I have the exact same issue! On Android 13, everything was working fine and today the majority of my apps keep crashing.
When I open WebView it says that it is not installed.
I wiped the cache, cleared data and uninstalled webview updates but the issue remains. I updated webview and chrome but still nothing.
I wonder what's causing it.

Most of my apps crash. Waze, Gmail, outlook... I was on beta. But left, tried to update with and wirhout the beta channel but same status

I was also on beta and my phone updated to stable release supposedly by itself. I wonder if it only affect ex beta testers

I am on 13....but not from the beta..
I don't have this issue. FYI.

Me neither. My phone is currently unusable, every app that requires webview crashes.

Last night, after an update of Android System Webview, webview dependent apps such as Gmail crash immediately. I've gone through the troubleshooting, by uninstalling updates to webview, same with Chrome, disable chrome but the issue persists. Any other suggestions?

Update: I was able to fix it!!
I uninstalled the secure folder, and then uninstalled/reinstalled webview and.. voila!

I did yeah but I haven't tried it yet. Need to export my things from the Secure Folder and try. I'll let you know if it's fixed after that

UPDATE:
I managed to fix it without uninstalling my Secure Folder.
What I did was install Webview inside the Secure Folder via the Play Store as well as inside my Work Profile. As soon as I did that apps stopped crashing.

I tried to do it but google play wouldn't sign in within that folder for some reason. Luckily i didn't have anything it that folder
