Hey guys, currently I'm using a J700M with Exynos 7580, it supports 64-bit, but I discovered the OS is 32-bit. I'd like to know if there's some kernel or some stuff which supports 64-bit, or it's impossible?

I ran antutu it said ARM, checked on phonearena it said arm, i checked on qualcomm arm... why do i have to install the arm64 version of gpapps ?

Our processor is Snapdragon 625 and have support for 64bit, but our MIUI rom was built with a 32bit architeture. This is all.

I own a samsung galaxy j4 (sm-j400m)a iam running this version of stock rom oreo 8.0.0 (https://www.stockrom.net/2019/04/sm-j400m-b3.html)
,rooted with magisk and bootloader unlocked,also running this custom kernel (https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j4+/development/kernel-j4-t3873293). my question is how to change the processor architecture, because he has a exynos 7570 64bit as seen on the third page here(https://s3.ap-northeast-2.amazonaws...file/solution/MobileProcessor-7-Quad-7570.pdf) and he is running as a 32 bit processor. Im very noob at programming so i am asking for help.as a matter of fact i know he is running this 32 bit mode for better perfomance but i want to change somehow with custom rom, to make it a 64 bit processor. I have an LG K41S, the stock rom is running armv7 which is 32bit. I am already searching possibilities to root the phone or just flash another rom to it but I would like to know...
since my phone is running an mt6765 SoC, or Helio P35, which is capable of armv8-a according to Mediatek and my research on the Cortex cores used in this SoC, would it be possible to flash a rom with 64bit armv8-a?

It is not WinCE 7, but it is android. Yes there are two versions of Windows and Android. I have one with android. The problem is that when I turn it on it immediately starts the base program and I want to have the usual android.
What is meant with base program ?
