Is there any Android ROM for Microsoft Lumia 640XL? Windows OS seems to be laggy and Apps are limited. If there is any then what version is recommended? And what shall be ta procedure?

i am on w8.1 and would like to upgrade but the insider didnt update my phone!
so i used the registry trick.
i deployed customwpsystem and when i press apply xap for pfd 0300 it auto exits to windows app menu.i used w8 sdk.
any help would be great.
