Color OS gives OPPO_NV_Oem partition error
as baseband shows unknown but data and call works .-.
and sometimes color os goes freeze and bootloop too.
I'm downloading normal CM13 nightly now

Get your device checked.

Factory reset and format system from twrp.
Code:
fastboot erase userdata
Flash stock ROM (for example cos 13.1 ) from fastboot.
I can't imagine a cleaner flash than this. If it still causes issues contact OnePlus support.

Flash MIUI 6 version instead of 7.
Then try CM again.
But flashing MIUI should be done via Fastboot, so be sure to get the right version.
tried it!!

Do you guys flash the miui 6 room using fFASTBOOT? Refer this link for the tutorial LINK
Fastboot rom is different from recovery rom because it has all the necessary files to return your device to complete stock rom as it includes recovery img, modem files etc. Try to flash the 6.6.10.0 or 6.6.5.0. Good luck
k
okay i will try.....Thank you
looping problem
i was burning my midnights oil for haplessely flashing Cm12.1.... nothing was happening...
later found out that i was not using miui dev ROM. then downloaded both 5.1 as well as 6.6...
still stuck at languages section... GAPPS was not the correct one. downloaded arm64 5.1 stock... voila.... running smooth since yesterday....
thanks @dh.harald & @omerjerk
now ready to try CM13
When you want a clean install, use the fastboot one. It seems to be a non-system partition problem, thus try flashing fastboot rom and see its outcome

Use MIUI 6.6.10.0 or 6.6.5.0 and then flash any desired ROM on top of it. Else you may face problems and bootloops.

Yep. Tried already everything. No use. But today flashed miui 6.6.10. After that phone booted up to "loading apps" (ready to rock in background ). Then suddenly got off and the restarting phenomena started again. After MI logo restarts again. I m totally frustrated

XT1039 bootloop after flashing CM13

Hi,
XT1039: bootloader unlocked, rooted, stock rom 4.4.4
TO: nightly
Flashed 4118 bootloader, as detailed in http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto...tions-t2996087
It was successful.
Followed https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_peregrine
unlocked bootloader
installed cm-recovery from here: https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?type=nightly&device=peregrine
tried to flash cm, got a bootloader error,
followed this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59520890&postcount=233
Now using bootloader 411A
flashed cm-13.0-20160121-NIGHTLY-peregrine.zip
from here: https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?type=nightly&device=peregrine
now the phone is stuck at the boot screen.
So I flashed twrp recovery, successful and reflashed cm-13.0-20160121-NIGHTLY-peregrine.zip
I tried several different guides that included all sorts of cache deletion and format orders but the result is still the same
(I am not using an sdcard but only the internal storage.)
After rebooting, the phone is stuck on the Cyanogenmod boot icon (blinking cat face) since past half hour.
Please guide how to debug/recover.
fastboot and recovery are working
Thanks,
[edit:]
The cm-13.0-20160121-NIGHTLY-peregrine.zip was transferred by mounting the internal storage on the PC and copying it manually. Just in case this matters

Thanks for the reply, but the goal is to get cyanogenmod on my phone. How does the stock rom help me with that??
Just for testing, I have installed the stock rom to see if it works and it does. I now have a Motorola Android 5.1 on my phone. But thats not what I wanted.
Anyone having any idea how to make cyanogenmod work?

Just to restoring a kernel on it...after restoring one, go to TWRP, make your wipes and flash again your CM

WOW Thank you very much, its working
Maybe you can also explain to my why installing the custom rom mattered, since I wiped everything before installing cm again, I would assume there is nothing of the stock rom left on the device.

Not really able to explain...sometimes sh*t happens...
But this procedure works almost every time.
Surely due to your bootloader error after your first flash with CM recovery...something was broken...
Most important, now, it's working...Enjoy
I install cm but google play is not working and sallular data also not working.. Plz any one help me please..

If u are currently running an outdated version of stable/open beta rom, update to the latest manually via Local upgrade [Full ROM]
and see if the issue still persist

I flashed the os but its stuck on one plus logo for more than an hour. Is it normal?
Same problem with 3T and latest Oxygen OS factory update.
Just one week ago I purchased a refurb 3T in China that had Hydroxogen OS and using sideload flashed the latest Oxygen OS without any problem. Today I am doing the exact same thing with a different 3T and am stuck on the checking for updates screen and there is no way to abort or skip this. I cleared the cache, I deleted all data including Cache, I restarted the flashing process by sideloading the latest ROM OnePlus3TOxygen_28_OTA_064_all_1805171658_ad0d08e196b84e03.zip
Maybe Oneplus update site is to blame? Try again tomorrow?
Edit( I was able to see that the latest oxygen os file on the site was a few days newer and so I downloaded and installed. I still have the endless updating loop, however I can skip the wifi connection now and proceed. However I have to skip the setup wizard.
