I've read through a majority of this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/orig-development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-2-8-2-0-t2966129
and I have a question before i go doing something stupid. I just got the G3 and have it rooted. My details are:
Android: 5.0.1
Kernel: 3.4.0
Build Number: LRX21Y
Software Version: D85020f
Stock Recovery
So can i use Flashify to flash TWRP from the thread and be done with it? Or has the game changed with lollipop and this can not be done this way?
Thanks.
No o thought you can twrp by flashfy but its risky

Alright, is there a better post somewhere where I can get a custom recovery on this phone or am I stuck with stock being on lollipop?
