There doesn't seem to be a forum for your specific device. However, another user with the same device was seeking root assistance in this thread and got pointed to some information, and root is the first step to getting a custom recovery and custom ROMs, so I would check out that thread and if you don't find more answers, post your question to the General Q&A forum.
Good luck, and always make sure you read and fully understand any instructions before you follow them. Making mistakes, especially in a ROM flash, can quickly lead to sadness. Walk through the entire process before you actually perform the steps.

[Completed] [Q] HTC unlocking bootloader

Hi people! I'm fairly new to rooting and stuff so i got a problem. At step 8, when i was told to enter the command, it says it cannot load Unlock_code.bin which i have no idea why. I'm on Win 7 with everything that is needed installed and updated. Please help!
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I'm not sure what HTC device you have. You mention step 8 which leads me to believe you are following a guide on XDA. I would ask your question in that thread.
Good luck and welcome to XDA.

It looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device. However there is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can try to ask to get the expert's help

[Completed] Need help rooting my LGLS665 Tribute 2, stock ROM...

I have an LGLS665 from Boost Mobile and have searched for Threads giving me a solution to rooting my phone. The only helpful answer I received from any of these threads was the Kingroot app but there was no link provided. Any helpful links or information leading to one would be greatly appreciated! Including what custom recovery would be best. Thank you so much for your help! Faceloc
