Please excuse my english.
I have really a big problem with my i337m's touch screen (with lollipop official update from samsung server). I was trying some secret codes with my phone, I dialled up the code *#2663# I tried Tsp Fw update (general), I had message "Pass" and after rebooting nothing works in my screen. there is no response in screen, it died. Itried directly rebooting and phone recovery, nothing new. I tried with help of a friend some suggestion for similar problem here but nothin works: we tried a dozen of customs and officials roms but the problem persists. I have always(I joined a picture) :
Phone's touch key Fw version:0x10
Part's touch key Fw version:0x06
We think, my friend and I, the problem is there.
Do you have a solution, please, to fix this problem and force fw version change.

i've installed cm-10.1-20130305-NIGHTLY-p5110 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 today and everything except for one thing is fine - unfortunately there comes a "pixelfailure" after the "Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1"-logo on the startup. I've added a photo which shows the problem. Is there anyone else who got this problem? How can i fix this? Actually it is not a serious problem, but it looks ugly and it is a little bit annoying - so it would be very nice if i could fix this.

try an earlier cm 10.1 build, and make sure to do a full wipe prior to flashing. double check cm10.1.zip md5 sum prior to flashing as well.

Thanks for the help, but - i still have the same problem!
The "pixelfailure" appears were the "Samsung"-logo appears on the original ROM. Could it be that the system tries to load the "Samsung"-logo and thats why there appears pixelgarbage?
Anyone who got the same problem?

So as summary:
It occurs because of a mismatch LCD driver between boot loader and kernel.
Solution:
Flash the latest official JB ROM (that updates your boot loader to latest JB boot loader)
After that flash whatever ROM you want to use.

I cant find any place online with info on this issue... just recently I flashed my Samsung S2 GT-I9100 with the following roms:
cm-12-20141217-UNOFFICIAL-i9100
cm-12-20150102-UNOFFICIAL-i9100
cm-12-20150206-UNOFFICIAL-i9100
cm-12-20150218-UNOFFICIAL-i9100
omni-4.4.4-20150224-i9100-NIGHTLY
cm-11-20140708-SNAPSHOT-M8-i9100
cm-11-20141115-SNAPSHOT-M12-i9100
cm-11-20131210-UNOFFICIAL-i9100
And out these, all except the last one had a common issue... extreme screen flickering (not sure if thats the right term) upper half of the screen goes to the lower half and vice versa... keyboards disappear... all kinds of wild things..... and the last one ie' cm-11-20131210-UNOFFICIAL-i9100' does not have this issue still it has unresolved front cam issues among others...
I have attached some screen shots for better understanding. this is the ss of only one rom but all others was also exactly the same except for the working one I mentioned.

so i was really excited to install new roms(i was going for lollipop but had to try all these as the lollipo version did not work) but seems like i have to go back to the original jellybean rom .... can anyone please help me... .
FYI i used CWM 6.0.4.5 for all these.
So... is there anything i can do???
Or Am i doing something wrong??

PS: i tried settings/dev options/ disable hw overlays ...... it did not work.
I have tried few custom ROM this month and all works fine. So on 15th Nov i was trying another ROM and it got hanged at Samsung logo so i flashed the stock ROM again. This time my both sim are unable to register on network both are showing Emergency Call only or No Service, I thought their might some problem occurred while installing so i re-flashed with original firmware, but my problem is still not solved.
Next day when i was on the way to office my both sim gets registered and was getting call and msg.... Whole day i was getting avg strength of signal but sometime Emergency Call only too.
I came home again my phone is showing Emergency Call only or No Service. (I Dont have network issue at home, i put my sim in another phone and checked) then i downloaded firmware 4.1.2 from sammobile and updated my device with 4.2.2 via WiFi.
still i am suffering with the same problem, i am unable to identify the problem.
Is their any god man who can help me in solving this problem.

I can't get the bootloader unlock, Cause it keep saying like the picture shows.. Whatever fimware I use or official Unlock Device Tool(9.1.0.8-9.1.0.11) app. It can't be done. Including android P(16.1220.1909.194 &a lot of P version) to Q(17.1810.2005.153).

Actually network can surf totally no problem, but just can't unlock.I had try both of cyanogenmods unlock method can't work.

There is any way back to the older(older than 16.1220.1909.194) or the first fimware? I think maybe it's the fimware 16.1220.1909.194 newer than the unlock apps...I tried the ADB but cant wrrote the older fimware...

same problem here. i tried the 1st firmware that came with it 2019 april .still same problem. this happened after i gave it service regarding a problem which is taking too much time to open gallery. they have reflashe the phone and gave to me with AndroidQ. i tried to unlock with the asus tool. it says network issue. then i downgraded to 16.1210.1904.75
and tried with no success. any help

I saw somewhere people saying to remove device pin before you try unlocking bootloader. I guess you can try that.

Hello, somehow I can't post in the Q + A forum so I'll try my luck here
I bought a broken GT-N8020 a few years ago (bricked / stuck on boot). I made several attempts to get the device working again, one of which replaced the manufacturer's logo with a white static screen. Since I didn't know if I could save the device at all, I ignored it at the time and tried other fixes.
I now have a lineage rom running on the device, but the first screen after switching on. (should be "Samsung") is still white. After a few seconds it switches to the normal lineage boot animation and starts normally.
Can someone tell me what file I destroyed back then and how I can get the screen back to the manufacturer's logo?

I think the file is Param.bin Its part of the Bootloader .
Bootloader can be flashed separate through Odin if you can find one ,
Search forum .

This remembers me on broken eMMC , have seen this screen hundred times.
But at first, try to flash BL from a 4 part firmware.
Flashing the Bootloader fixed it.
