I have the theme always the problem after a reboot the stock theme is loaded again. Only the bobcat digital blue theme remains after a rebootart.

I am not rooted. Once I install the apk, it shows trail. Once Applied it stays for appox. (not counted) 5 mins and regains the last applied theme.
Please suggest!!

Install Instruction (choose only 1 file on the attachment)
-For rooted devices:
Best method.
Apply the theme. With your file manager go to data/overlays/preference, delete all files in that folder. Go to data/overlays/jsonfiles and transfer the files from the trialjson folder to the userjson folder. Reboot and apply the theme again. And voilà
-For non-rooted devices:
Untested and unsupported method:
You'll need Package disabler app
The newest package disabler versions won´t let you disable the theme store but if you download "PACKAGE DISABLER PREMIUM VER 6.3" apk from google you only check on both theme store and theme service then clear data from both services and themes will stay applied sadly you have to do this everytime you reboot your phone but it is worth it.

I used a other method without file explorer.
Have rooted device too, pphsuperuser and superman rom 1.19 mm based.
Have install apk, go into theme settings and push test / trial button and activate this theme. Works fine.
Boot the device, works too... Now since 1,5 days..without timebomb..

If u have xposed. Download galaxy x mod. Install, activate it. Then tick disable theme trial. This will work with all themes, n dont need to reapply after reboots, u can just download any theme from the store n it work.

so i saw this post and decided that i want those icons. so i pulled my framework-res.apk from the current ROM i am using (overcome 1.4.4) and modded the files inside.
THOSE ICONS WERE NOT CREATED BY ME. CREDIT GOES TO ORIGNIAL CREATOR (dunno who, i tried to find but couldn't find it)
attached are NON-flashable zips from various ROMS that are available.
More info:
-the widget below the time is minimalist text.
-wallpaper is from this app called wallpapercasa free from the market which i highly recommend. this app has high res wallpapers made specially for tablets.
-"S" icon u see is samba filesharing free from the market as well. best wifi file transfer app IMHO from tab to computer or vice versa.
-from left to right, the icons are: bluetooth, wifi, silent mode, signal strength, battery(%) and alarm.
Credits:
Original creator of those icons.
Natious for his flashable zip.
alterbridge86 for his wonderful ROM.
Galaxyer for VA Green theme and black settings.
DistortedWisdom for blue honeycomb theme.
Biospin for black call settings page.

The themes and battery icon mods are 2 different framework-res.apk.
They are works of 2 different people and i will only combine them and post it here when i am free or when >10 people request for it. the screenshots you see are the result of combining them. i do not want to combine them because the original framework might change again when alterbridge releases an update for Overcome ROM and I do not know how to mod it to work on the new framework if that happens. the themes are done by DistortedWisdom and Galaxyer. i will request from them if ever there is an update and post it here. meanwhile i'm still trying to how to theme properly. if i know how i won't bother them again. thanks

you could do that. but you'll have a bunch of FCs. but it'll still work after you restart your tab. do what i did. read the first post. the hijacking method.

like i said i didn't create the icons. i simply repackaged those icon images into my framework. i already repackaged it for BOYPPC-V3 rom. download from first post. framework was contributed by wallah.

i realized that when i charge my tab the animation is screwed up. please check yours. if it's screwed up too, download the flashable zip which i just uploaded. it should fix the problem.

Because I am not a samsung theme designer and because it s not applessible to give it to you in samsung theme chooser you can make it full by doing this :
If you are root you can use this method that will allow you to transform it as a full theme
First of all be sure to have choose the stock theme :
Use a root explorer and go to
Data/overlays/jsonfiles/trialjson
Then cut the file "com.Mylove.CedricEdition.json" to
Data/overlays/jsonfiles/userjson
After that go to
Data/overlays/
And delete the "preferences" folder.
For the Icon pack same thing but :
You find the file under jsonfiles/appiconjsonfiles/trialjson
Move it to jsonfiles/appiconjsonfiles/userjson
After that go to
Data/overlays/
And delete the "preferences" folder.
Finally reboot your phone and choose the theme

Nice theme looks great. I was just wondering how you managed to create a working apk. I have tried many times to export the apk ( with the same thememaker as you have linked to) but always get parse error when trying to install. Any help would be great.

I show you how I do considering that you have already made your theme.
If you SEE other windows : post a screencapture of it
If you create one you will be ask to complete a list of informations that won't be accessible for all but whitch allow to sign the apk with a unique signature.
At this point I replace the dialpad preview by a screencature of my phone and then click finish :

I can t because I am not a samsung theme designer.
If you are root you can use this méthod that will allow you to transform it as a full theme be sure to have choose the stochastic theme :
Use a root explorer and go to
Data/overlays/jsonfiles/trialjson
Then cut the file "com.Mylove.CedricEdition.json" to
Data/overlays/jsonfiles/userjson
After that go to
Data/overlays/
And delete the "preferences" folder.
Finally reboot your phone and choose the theme
IOS now....

for dark themes, is there any way to change either the background color of the SIM stored messages window or to change the text to a lighter color?

You have to choice dark theme when you start a new creation. After that you can mod what you want

the text i am referring to seems to be hard coded, the moment i choose dark theme, the text color of manage sim card messages continues to remain black and background is also black/dark

Hey guys I make a icon pack with all released DreamUX icons,
Install the apk and aply it via Theme Store.
For the moment its only trial for non-rooted devices. Sorry for that
If you are rooted, you can remove trial with this method:
1. apply theme
2. Go to /data/overlays/jsonfiles/appiconfiles/trialjson
3.MOVE (not copy!!!) XXX.json to the folder "userjson"
4. Go back to /data/overlays and delet the folder "preferences"
5. Reboot
6. Done
Notice: When you select a new theme you must do it again :silly:

-Frames and without frames

What do you mean with "trim"? Every Apk Theme is trial. I cant upload it to official online Store cause icons are to new. Samsung would take it off. If you have root, trial is no Problem. You can remove trial easy

I do not have root, I use bk disable and I can use themes like grace ux normally, but its the theme I installed but it does not appear in the store to apply

Doesn't the Theme Store only support choosing an icon pack on Nougat?
for the work trial without root, install first and then have the Samsung package disabler wipedata theme store
