Hi mrhamid,
don't know if your thread is still alive....in case it is:
What model do you use (3G or 4G ) Xt1032 etc. ? How did you do flashing (procedure!)?
This title appears already here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/help/help-hab-check-failed-recovery-boot-t3043572
(solution included).
Does this help?
I also had this message serveral times without preventing me from successful flashing....
cheers
While I was in my Team Win recovery in the section Advanced wiping I deleted everything even the system. Now my Moto X 2013 bought in France doesn't turn on anymore, it just displays the warning page that informs me that my bootloader is unlocked, from there I can just go in the recovery. I tried to reflash the stock french room of Android 4.4 (that I have already flashed successfully a while ago) from AP Fastboot using RSD lite, but this time it didn't work, on my phone is displaying this error:
downgraded security version
update gpt_main version failed
preflash validation failed for GPT.
:crying:
I have searched on google if someone had this problem too and I have found that it is due to when you want to pass from a newer version of android to an older one for exale from 4.4 to 4.2 . I think this is true because before I wiped everything I had android lollipop 5.1 and now I am trying to install android 4.4 . If you agree with me and think that it is the problem could you please tell me where I can get the zip file of Android 5.1 (the file of the firmware) that I will have to install using AP Fastboot?
PS: Sorry for my bad English
Thank yo very much.:fingers-crossed:

Hi, a few months ago i unlocked bootloader and rooted my Android 4.4.4 Moto G (locked to Tesco UK) and that was fine but then i went to lock it all again so i could get the OTA update for Android Lollipop.
This is where the problems began... I thought i found the write files to do it but then i discovered after that it was an US version so it wouldn't work with Tesco.
Today i went to roll it back again to a UK version but it doesn't seem to work.
I have all the files I think but I am getting errors such as 'Mismatched partition size' and 'Image file is too big'. I'm not the best with these things so any help would be much appreciated. I currently have a bricked phone so the sooner the better please. :good:

Hi I hope you're fine. My Asus zenfone max fell in qualcom hs 9008 qloader. I struggled to release it by flashing the firmware open [firmware27] OPEN_ZC550KL_8916_V12.8.4.10_M3.1.25_20170228_V3.0.0.08. Everything went well after weeks of testing. Except that I lost both imei and the base band it marks "unkown". I tried to flash the raw firmware of asus to try to correct the problem, either with asus flash tool or with fastboot commands: flashall_AFT WW_ZC550KL_V13.8.26.15_M3.1.39_Phone-user.raw I still have the error "Failed! Raw do not exist! I tried all the raw available, I turn on 8916. I had to fall back on the firmware OTA UL-ASUS_Z010-WW-12.8.10.82-user from lolipop to marshmallow. I flashed them all via ota. The imei still does not come back. I tried to unlock the bootloader to be able to rewrite the imei via tutorials that require the root: failure. 8916_SIGNED_Android_M_UnlockTool_2016_0715 fails each time: "error that may be due to the network ..." it remains the option of the QCN file but I have not tried. How can I do to get the imei please? I had to look like crazy and having no issue I ask you humbly advice. Cordially. Sorry for my shabby English, I am a francophone.

I used this link:
https://www.imei.info/download-firmware/samsung/samsung-galaxy-note10plus-exynos/SM-N975F/DBT/pda/
The latest one is on the top.
I also tried to use older ones, but still it says version not supported!
Never faced to this kind of issue in my life.
Solved,
I should search for bin 2 only, shouldnt use Bin firmwares.

aha, that is because the downgrade is not allowed. there is no way to downgrade your phone,
The only solution is to flash android 10 again on your phone.
for example, take a look at here:
https://www.samfw.com/firmware/SM-N975F/NEE
there is a Tab named Bit, for me the problem was i tried to use Bit 1 while my phone is Bit 2. for the same reason I got error: device:2 binary:1
So I think it means using Bin 1 is incorrect
So I flashed Bin 2 and worked.
Hope it solve your problem since it toke 3 days froms me to find the solution.
Please reply here if did not work:good:
