Ok, so my gear s3 hopefully comes today and I've found this guide : http://www.how-to-root.top/2016/11/samsung-gear-s3-classic-8309.html
Can somebody confirm that it's good and working. I really don't want to brick this! I'm in the uk and getting the classic version.

Any solution for game data to sd in 4.2.2?

Waiting for a fix myself. Link2sd will move some onto a extsd partition, but the ones I got to move were pretty small, so I doubt that's what you had in mind. I'm waiting for an idea, so I can feel comfortable running pa 3. 4.5 gigs just isn't enough.

Just try this app if u r rooted.
It moved the game data files to sd.
It worked for me.
Check out "GL to SD(root)" - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.slf.ListglApp

Good suggestion man. One issue is CM10.1/4.2 doesn't work with this. Just an fyi

Using crDroid (though any cm10.2 ROM will do) with Simplex Blue theme a long with Sony Sketch font. The theme can be found either on the play store for a small price or here on xda for free.

I think you can but you will lose root for sure!

Is better you ask in the root threads. I'm not rooted my phone, with s7 I haven't the need to do it...yet!

Ok, I just flashed the APEQ firmware thru flashfire thinking I would not lose root but I still lost it.
Re rooted using chain fire autoroot and it was a success.
Now Im a happy camper
