- Fixed Notification/Battery LED support
- Fixed battery draining with Google services framework 5
- Baked in chainfire's SuperSU v2.01 (no more extra flashing required)
- Added Xposed installer
- Added Slim's FileManager
- Added InspireLauncher & InspireWallpapers (thanks iGio90 for allowing me to use it in my rom)
- Added CM's cLock

-- HAVS (Hybrid Adaptive Voltage Scaling; dynamically changes the phones voltage; should use up less battery)
-- Lots of different CPU governors (Lazy [thanks @Ezekeel], Lagfree, SmartassH3, SmartassV2, InteractiveX, etc.)
-- Default CPU gov is SmartassH3 which is said to offer a great balance between performance and battery life
-- Extended CPU freq table: Min. CPU freq: 175MHz; Max. CPU freq: 1500MHz (!)

CURRENTLY NOT WORKING:

U r welcome! Cooking ROMs has become my hobby. It keeps me alive!
I would greatly appreciate it if you give me some feedback in return! :good:
@spezi77, hat's off to your talents. I have flashed 3 of your roms
from Xperia Z > CM-11 KitKANG > Carbon
they are all ready well made and at very high standard.
Omni is the next rom that can match CM. I can't wait to try.
off topic, are you working on a Sense based rom?
U Rock!
Spezi, can't thank you enough for your efforts!! You're awesome!
Will test it out tonight and let you know how it goes... :good:
@spezi77, you are doing good job to desire community. Keep up good work.
Just flashed this and all running good. Will have more of a play and let you know but big thumbs up so far . Thank you kindly

Relieved to hear that it's running good. I have asked devs from omni-team about the BT and UMS issues. Maybe someone can help me to find the right fix..
Nice rom, very fast and smooth.
Sent from my HTC Desire using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2
My experience on the first build of the Omni rom is smooth and fast response.
On Installation process, please add "flash supersu zip" before InstallA2SD,
Boot ROM and let it settle down (3-5 min)
Install A2SD
because root access is required.
Do you find develop in Omni is easier or harder than CM?
I still ran out of space quickly using a2sd, but mount2sd is working sweet, 20+ apps so far.
Rom has been very stable for me, compared with other kitkat roms I've used. Good work

Ah ok. Can't remember if with gravitybox you can adjust the size or not.
Super!
Quick and easy installation.. Super quick and smooth Rom!!
Just one small issue with the default messaging app - outgoing SMS shows up blank, although the messages are getting delivered.
Something to do with the theme colors I think. Just moved to some other messaging app.
All-in-all - a great rom -
Active display and other cool features too!
I don't know if it is a placebo - but the battery seems to last longer :victory:
Thanks Spezi77!

I believe that longer battery life comes from SmartassH3.
SmartassH3 - based on SmartassV2 with parameters tuned by H3ROS (thanks) -
more efficient frequency scaling - not ramping too high when not needed this could potentially
result in better battery life

Well, it is hard to give you a true and general statement.
I was working approximately for 2-3 months to make my debut with Kitkang. At that time I have invested a lot of time in researching, discussing and learning from other xda devs. That was really a great time! OmniROM took me less time (maybe 2-3 weeks) because I was already aware of all the tricks to make it run on HTC Desire.
I admire the unique aspects of OmniROM -- I like the innovative and experimental approach and thinking different -- "Omni isn’t better, just different"!
So if I were to start or get involved in feature developments, I would definitely go for Omni.
P.S.: I believe that with one of the next releases we can expect the much-discussed "Multiwindow" feature.

SuperWipe: When installing a new ROM, it is usually better to do a factory reset. In case you like to live dangerously, and spam threads with its consequences, stop reading this now.
So, made some modifications to the existing superwipe.zip, adding support for:
inbuilt journaling disabling (assuming you have an ext4 file system)
inbuilt NAND recovery
Download: View attachment 2693524
Note: A factory reset would work just as fine

Thanks once again @surdu_petru
This question might be kinda dumb, but could the same gapps provided for the cm12.1 be used for this rom?
It seems the links and gapps are different.
Thanks in advance.

Great [emoji106]
I'm experiencing the same bug as in cm12.1.
While charging, the percentage counter freezes on 97 - 98, and the lockscreen shows just "charging" instead of the remaining full charge time.
Cheers.
Edit: CPU frequencies have been also acting weird, making the device heat pretty much, and the sound has little crashes while playing youtube or any other audio file.
The rom is beautiful and ultra fast but I'd say it's unstable and not recommended for daily use for now.
Once again I appreciate your huge work, sir. Hope I could help.
Regards!
Hi I really love that rom, its really fast and smooth but i have one problem, my phone loosing connectio with sim card (no sim card detected)when im not using phone for like 2 hours, its happening after your last update of cm12.1 and at this rom too when people calling to me they hear normal signal but im getting messages from voice mail that they were trying to call to me.
ps. sry for my english, im not native english speaker and its not my main language
@surdu_petru I can confirm that there are still audio problems, if you play music and use the phone at the same time, the sound cracks a lot. Probably related to CPU.
Good to see xenon hd will test that . btw i compiled Blisspop four our device with latest fix form surdu-petru github will upload soon.
i have heard that someone is working on 64 bits kernel

Not fixed in my case, still destroied when high. Seems like the bass is very strong and this destroy high ring volume. I tryed to make something with AudioFX, but seems like this app do nothing on speaker.. may be work just on headsets..
Youtube issue still remain not fixed ..
Everthing else that mention on change log, work as is .. :good:
Restoring B266 javix backup .. I`ll be glad to test future builds again .. :fingers-crossed:
That's 2 hours I'm using it : it's awesome !!!
Thanks to all the team.
Hello, I want to share a positive feedback about the latest update.
Minor bugs I found: top charge is still 98%, like any other of the currents cm roms. Not that much to worry about.
Youtube, not much of a problem but the first video always stops playing after a few seconds, just have to reload. No problem after that.
The sound doesn't seem too bad; maybe it needs to be adjusted carefully. It is actually a good sound when playing music with the headphones on.
Enters well in deepsleep and I can't complain about the battery. I put the min cpu to 533mhz instead of 200, it seems the less jumping in the clock, the better.
Watch out with Layers Manager Themer, if you want to switch themes, better uninstall overlays first and don't switch between custom themes, or else it won't boot and you gotta dirty flash.
Double tap to wake works like a charm!
It seems these kind of roms are coming to light, good news!
Edit: Here's a fix for those who use headphones with volume controls. Right now vol (-) isn't working either for this rom or CM12.1.
This flashable zip fixes that, and the controls works well as they're supposed to be. Credit goes to my comrade Bumperiano from Htcmania.

Edit 2:- Working good. Battery is good and no lags or any wifi issues, whatsoever. Most of all, I don't know what happened but my internet has become noticably fast. I always thought it was problem with MIUI rom, but was not sure and blamed it on my network instead. But, after using this, the ping and data speed are very good and responsive.

There's just one query @dev_harsh1998
Why are you using two hotplugs at the same time. By default, alucard and zen decision are on.

I flashed it on a clean flash on ed300's cm12.1 and i also flashed kernel modules then the kernel and the wifi is not working. I also flashed super su at the end like always... Any workaround?
WOW! Awesome works dude.. Wants to try the kernel on cm12.1 by ed300 but, can i flashing it through telo kernel that ed300 giving? Bcoz in the main thread we must flash kernel modules before flash the kernel.. Last, why you not add smartmax gorvernors + autoSMP hp? For me its verygood at balanced setting in perf and battery.. Thanks

Yes. It is working now!
For wifi bug take wlan.ko from panthom kernel zip and place it on /system/lib/modules/<here>
download the zip ,extract and paste the "01wlanon" in /system/etc/init.d and set permissions to rw- r-- r-- .
Noted it

Brother, I really appreciate what you are doing..
You must be very good at physics. I actually, tried very hard, but didn't used to get the right answer back in the day when I studied this stuff. Kudos to you!!
I wish you could teach me too...but don't really have much time now-a-days. Maybe, after a few weeks....

For users and devs!!
All my kernels are based on cyanogenmod/lineageos source ,if someone who believes" i stoled their source" i have video captures and anyone who believes something just report me and i will have the last laugh .every tweak/mod/feature i used i edited/tweaked on my own and anyone with problem just stay away. My sources are free for anyone and can be used(i saw some ppl use them already)i don't care like other devs and i am happy and proud if someone use my work(the words" i work many hours on that project" the best repeatable words(many devs without the recognized tag and not with many thanks, they have worked for many hours/days/months and they don't cry and fight other devs )if for some devs their source are so much rare and hardworked just keep them privet(their work include their name so no problem ...we are not here for the fame ...we just want to improve the devices to make them better and not to fight with each other...
Why i am telling you all these?!
I have had many kernels unreleased from fights...i will continue to new clean projects based on lineageos and i will not care much with my source to wait many days to upload them with all the history of them because 2-3 "devs" they believe i used or edited their source...i am not a popular dev but you can't believe and no one knows how many days without sleep and hours of hardwork i have done, to do all this(and many not release source/work, much more than other devs...

This kernel is for cm14.1 and roms based on cm. So I guess rebased LineAge OS is also supported?!? OC and UV works without loosing stability?
Does this work for Fulmics ROM(based on v20a H850)?

Maybe it is included, you tried it if it work? I ll check it again in a few minutes.
It works very well. There are a couple things I've noticed though. Using the hotplug control, setting the number of cores does not stick. Also on CPU frequency maximum if you try to change core 2 or 3 the max shows 1593 MHz instead of the higher values of these cores. Also there is no GPU control. But overall it is very stable and have been using it since you released it. Looking forward to more features and thanks for your development.

Okay so using the regular kernel auditor setting CPU max for both the little and big core configuration works correctly (able to properly set max CPU speed). Also able to change GPU speed settings. But hotplugging option to change max cores not available in kernel auditor, so not sure that's fully implemented in your kernel yet? Also like your version of kernel auditor for screen settings where you can choose preset profiles. But overall the regular kernel auditor does seem to work better.
