[Q] flashed old recovery then reboot recovery messed every thing

I have 6.0 CWM recovery and kitkat 4.2.2 . However due to battery issue , I decidedd to move back to stock rom .
I downloaded the stock recovery and stock ROM in .zip format
Booted in recovery mode and flashed stock recovery. Then I did REBOOT RECOVERY …I think I made a mistake here
Woosh , after that I cant do anything . , Using hard reset (recovery) option (home+power+pow down ), recovery loop just like hard reset , normal restart I cant see anything .
SO now basically I have
4.4.2 rom and stock recovery .
BTW KDZ also not detecting the phone ..
Please help ..:crying:

I was able to fix it .
used LGDMP

hope this help . now i m back in stock rom and recovery .
after this I flashed with KDZ just to make sure ..

Urgent help please !!!

i have flashed the boot.img that comes with new android 5 rom beta using fastboot mode on the flash tool, now when i turn the phone on it only vibrates and nothing is shown on the screen , before flashing the boot.img the phone was running on slimkat rom and its default kernel .... i can access fastboot mode and flash mode also ... please tell me what shall i do , will flashing the original firmware (ftf) solve the problem ?

why don't you try re-flashing it, try flashing with cm11, boot.img. i had similar problem but i could see sony logo though,

can't get into recovery mode in mmx A106

Hello guys..okay so i hav mmx a106 phone...in which i tried flashing twrp recovery using flashify.
But when i boot into recovery there was micromax logo for some seconds nd den it rebooted...
Now everytym wen i boot into recovery jst mmx logo appears nd den it reboots...
Nw d prblm is hw to get into recovery mode..or hw can i go my factory recovery mode instead of any custom recovery. Its being a biy problamatic so guyss plzz help me

Okay so you are unable to boot your device in recovery mode. You can download stock recovery or any custom recovery for your device and then again flash it using flashify. Hope it will work. If its not working let me know by replying. :good:

Flashify is unable to flash stock n custom recovery in my mmx a106. I tried it but i got same issue as amlesh

Whats you need to do is to install sp flash tool on your pc and the stock rom for your mmx unite 2 lollipop .then install sp flash tool and and execute the program ...then there will be a command 'Scatter file' ....click on that and open that in fhe Firmware folder of your Stock Rom ....the connect ur device using usb cable and then click download in the sp flash tool......after completing that disconnect ur devices and reboot it....

Wrong Choice!
Flashify and Twrp are both bad for Unite 2!
You would have flashed the Philz Recovery with SP FLash tool and then flashed the TWRP recovery using it!
Now Still you can do the same
Just google philz recovery and you will get a detailed answer there!

Your phone appears to have gone into a bootloop.
Here is what you can do as you can't get into the system and reboot into recovery mode. Just confirm if you are doing it the correct way.
To enter Recovery mode - turn phone completely OFF.
Recovery = Vol Down + Power (hold both down for several seconds)
This button press procedure varies with each device/model of phone.

If the above steps failed, proceed down below.
Things you will need:
1) USB to PC connecting cable
2) A PC where you can download one of the tools to recover (MTKDroid/SpFlash along with the device specific Scatter file)
3) USB drivers installed on your PC to connect with your phone
4) Patience to read references and follow the steps to flash recovery using Tool
CAUTION: Do steps at your own risk. Do not hesitate to ask if not sure. Post restoring recovery successfully, if you plan to flash a Custom ROM, suggest taking a backup from device using TWRP OR atleast the NVRAM using MTKDroid Tool so that you do not run into issues resulting with SIM showing No Network/Service.

Ensure to have the latest versions of TWRP and the flash tools MTKDroid AND/OR SPFlash.
To let you know, I've used the recoveries viz. CTR, TWRP, CWM, Philz on MMX a106 and haven't experienced any issues at all. Neither have I had any issues with Flashify as reported by some. Anyways its a personal experience

Installed CM13 without unlocking Bootloader

Guys I accidently installed CM13 nightly for my unique without unlocking bootloader now my phone won't turn on pls help.
These are the steps i followed
1.Rooted my phone using kingoroot
2.Installed flashify and flashed twrp recovery
3.copied Cm13 and Gapps to my phone internal
4.wiped the user data using twrp recovery
5.installed Cm13 and Gapps using Twrp
now when i try to power on my phone the YU logo appears for a second and dissapears.
This is the first time i tried installing custom Rom so please help

I flashed many roms without unlocking bootloader... You should better check the rom ... Its ok or not.. nd wipe system data cache nd dalvik... Nd do not install both zip at once... Try to use the latest twrp 3.0.1 old recovery may cause problem... If it. Does not help whatsapp me on 8090353467. . For any problem related yunique :good::good::fingers-crossed:

go to hyperjit thread in Roms section...flash phone by ETS tool with stock rom s/w V0.9..... after flashing you get Volte update officially from YU...

revolution recovery keep rebooting my device

hi my name is hakim . after i flashed my recovery into revolution recovery i used it for a day but after i wanted to transfer some files via recovery but it didnt work , i rebooted again into recovery but shutdown and reboot agin into bootloader.
can someone plz help me and btw also my device is bricked i can only go to fastboot:crying:

okay no need to replay i just fixed it by flashing elite twrp in fastboot :good::good::good::good:
