Installation Steps
- Download the ROM and paste in the place in your SDCard or ExtSDCard
- Full Wipe (System, Data, Davik Cache, Cache)
- Go to Install and select PE_TX_X.XX.XX_Kangvip_Port.zip and wait that finish the installation and wipe Dalvik Cache/Cache
- Reboot and enjoy (first bootup will take a while [15-20 min], so grab a cup of coffee)

Chinese apk only AppStore that can be unistallable and take a screenshot about Contact Panel and I will check
Browser not is in chinese, only set as homepage www.google.com and done!

How do you install the rom ?
1.factory reset (b571)
2.install the rom
3.wipe cache/dalvik
4.reset
In my case dont work, i tried 4 times . One time work but i dont have access to the k-setings. And the others 3 times i have bootloop.
Can you please tellme ,hoy do you install ?
After the installation, you must delete dalvik / cache

Camera works for me, and the Rom is fantastic. Only thing left is that it doesn't let me access K-Settings.. also.. no apps can run in background using Protected Apps for every app that is toggled on in Phone Manager. I'm not sure if it's a KangVip problem too because it happens the same way like if it's disabled or something. I have the MT7-L09.. I will put more input while using this Rom more. :good:

Yes I noticed that too... it's the yellowpages app that was necessary to remove/freeze in original Chinese Kangvip ROM and that required editing of local.prop...
I tried that but without success... We need an intervention by ALe95...

Doesn't work for me, it is like the back key stalls from even opening.
Also.. i don't know if you have Superuser on.. but i use 'Kernel Auditor' App to manually shut off the cores and change the Governor Settings to Conservative and On Demand or Powersave and On Demand. Also when using the 'System App Remover' App: anything that tries to wipe says '3 Apps Failed to wipe', Etc.
EDIT: 12/28 Also i try to use the Widget of K-settings to see if i can access it that way.. and it doesn't go on the Homescreen too.. it acts like it doesn't exist at the moment.

After phone call and the other person hangs up get a fc. This is an issue on all MM ports on only the sprint variant n900p. I'm hoping any other dev. Will see this and find a solution. Also when it fc some apps dont come back to work...i wont receive notifications or even text. I have to delete the data in app manager to get text working again. I tried using textra but even that doesnt work.

How to pass SafetyNet?
- Follow the aroma installer, after that make sure to enable "Magisk Hide" in Magisk settings.
Magisk or SuperSU
Both are good to go, but depends of your need.
I have made a small comparaison, of course it does not contains all the criteria (different point of views are welcomed).
SuperSU:
A standard, compatible with almost all "rooted apps"
Break SafetyNet
Can increase battery drain
Magisk :
Include modules support (FOS include patched module for arise)
100% Systemless, do not break safetynet
Young project, some apps are not compatible

Use the latest official TWRP available here.

What does mean CE?
- CE stand for Community Edition, it's based on the beta branch of OnePlus, the non-CE builds are based on stable branch, and ready for daily use.
I'm getting an signal 11 Error at the end of the aroma installer
You have ticked to rebvoot your device at the end of the installer, and it just fail.
This is not a problem, just reboot it into twrp.
How to downgrade to non-CE?
- All you have to do is to perform a clean flash that means (wipe: data, system, dalvik, cache).
Can i dirty flash this rom ?
- You can dirty flash if u're using my previous version, but if anything wrong, a clean flash before reporting is a must.
I got a bootloop caused by a incompatible/bad layer.
Boot into TWRP.
Go to Mount.
Select System.
Return to Home.
Go to Advanced.
Go to file manager.
Go to /system/vendor/overlay/ and remove the bad overlay apk.
My installation is stuck at XX%.
- Wait one or two minutes and touch two times at the bottom right of your screen, if you got nothing reflash the rom.
I have unselected/selected a setting in the aroma and now i (don't) want it.
- Reflash the rom

The economy will minimal but we don't need an audio treatment for a simple *ding* notification.

No problem, you can also build it from github (linux is needed).
My connection is also very slow in upload, 4 hours for 1.2Go.

I think there is some problem with Script of aroma installer as i had deselected Play movies and music but they were still installed and Google photos was no installed even when being selected.

Installation Steps
- Download the ROM and paste in the place in your SDCard or ExtSDCard
- Full Wipe (System, Data, Davik Cache, Cache)

- Reboot and enjoy (first bootup will take a while [15-20 min], so grab a cup of coffee)

For launching google on tap by long pressing home button, change google app language to english US (via app settings xposed module) or change entire system language to english US.
Download my app and make shortcut to it on kangvip settings (navigation bar settings) remmember to switch on google on tap in google app settings
For google assistant install latest google app (6.6.16.21) and install xposed module Assistant Enabler, then change language of google app to english US or entire system to English US and Download my app and make shortcut to it on kangvip settings (navigation bar settings) remmember to switch on screen search in google app settings
Third method to launch google now/ assistant like on stock firmware is to install gravitybox and activate navigation bar tweaks-> additional key settings option, and set action search to this new button. (On screenshot the "X" button launches newest google assistant)
Remmember if you want to use google on tap or assistant you should change google app language to US via app settings xposed module or change entire system language to US
I try lot of different ways to launch google now on tap/assistant by pressing home button on kangvip rom, the last option (with using gravitybox module) is the best for me.
My app asks for root on first launch, be patient after launching it
after many days use rom i still say excellent but the battery in charge took big time did you change somthing in Kernel notice when i charge the phone with sutdown its normal withe charge

You need stock kernel to work.
So this mod rom not working for you and like me.
So im stuck whit custom roms because that.
Stock kernel su ck. 8h SOT.
Custom kernel 10-12 SOT.
So better to stay whit custom roms and moto camera for now and forever.

You miss the point.
Did your camera was not working after installing the rom?
I already spoke that is happaned whit custom kernel on Miui based it roms.
If your camera is not working, and you some how fix it thats is a solution.
For sony and samsung camera sensors there are no problems.
Dont know why.
Its something to do whit the kernel something that xaiomi like to do whit the camera.

How to Install the Rom
1.install MTK Drivers
2.install SP FLashtools
3.extract the donwloaded rom zip on to desktop
3.Turn off the Phone
4 configurate flashtools and flash the Rom
IF YOU ARE COMING FROM STOCK ROM A FULLWIPE IS REQUIRED: MEANS MARK USERDATA IN FLASHTOOLS.

Yes. Flash this rom.zip via flash tools and you are fine. Twrp etc will work by default

It is very good
Recommendations :
-add as default + system app the google phone from google play
-same with the clock ( got rid of permission denial world_cities_changed on settings on the clock menu I just don't remember how)
-same with contacts
-add face unlock in Smart Lock and a way to auto swipe on unlock (much better than stock face unlock) -> can be done with magisk modules + autoinput apk anyway
-edit framework-res.apk /res/xml/power_profile.xml and change 1000 to 3250 (battery apps will see the real mAh)
-twrp english by default instead or russian -> can be changed pretty fast anyway so maybe not important
-a dark mode would be nice to have
-Make screen brightness much lower : add to /vendor/overlay in framework-res__auto_generated_rro.apk->res/values/integers.xml :
<integer name="config_screenBrightnessSettingMinimum">1</integer>

What about this Baidu_Location.apk ? What is this ? This is also in the stock rom.
Any chance to improve stereo speakers?... I mean: improve the earpieace? Can we have some screnshots of this ROM?

Do you see to build any chance to build this for the Umidigi One, also?
Oooh yeaaah!! This is what I was looking formy Umidigi One PRO. A fluid ROM with an excellent behavior of the battery. I've just flashed it yesterday and after the whole day I got 3h 14 minutes of screen use and there was still a 45% of battery.
I'am very pleased with this but if you accept a suggestion I would like to have the possiblity to of use dark mode in settings, phone, quicksettings, etc. I've tried to use the Force dark Mode for Oreo from Xposed modules but it seems to do nothing..

Download MTK engineer from.playsyore and go there to audio . You can increase things there..

Camera is still slow. Especially when flashlight is used
I use Footej camera because records videos with stereo sound. And it's a good camera!
