I try to pluged it to SMAT SWITCH and to do a hard restore but when it try to install the restore, on the blur screeen of android he wrote *erasing....* when it reach 33% and then he stoped making any restore.

- If the phone make it and start, a lot of windows poping with "unfortantly..google store stop" or different app crashing when the phone start until it reset itself.

Hi all,
I need some help with my S6. A few minutes ago my devices suddenly restarts ( I honosly don't Know why) and hangs in a bootloop. I see the Samsung splashscreen, then after a while the device reboots again and again. I did a factory reset, after this the same happens again. The only difference is that now the system tries to install some apps (I guess this are provider specific apps by Vodafone), but then its still rebooting. I don't have any idea what goes wrong.
Now I need some support how to get my Galaxy up and running again. What can I do?
The Device is on the original vodafone ROM, I did a root with pingpong yesterday.
Build-Number:LRX22G.G920FXXU1AODG
Just use Samsung Smart Switch to restore the orginal firmware. Or flash a orginal Samsung Firmware with Odin. Both options won't trigger knox.
Thanks, I have reflashed the stock rom using Odin.

Hello everyone, and thanks for taking the time to attempt to help me.
Earlier today, my T-Mobile Galaxy S5 updated to 5.1.1. I searched google and came across a few links on how to root my phone (G900T) - The one I ended up using was CF-AutoRoot
I used Odin 3.07, used the tar5 file from that site above where I downloaded the root, and attempted to root the phone. Odin says everything worked as planned ''passed'' was displayed with 0 fails. I waited about 20 minutes, but my phone never rebooted, it was stuck in a boot logo loop ' 'Samsung Galaxy S5 powered by Android'' or ''T-Mobile'' was displayed.
I tried going into recovery and reseting all data / factory wipe but that didn't help, and made it even worse. Now my phone says this when I try to turn it on: ''Firmware upgrade encountered an issue, Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again''
How do I go about getting back to stock firmware , that is rootable, so I can then proceed to install CyanogenMod?
EDIT: I used Kies and was able to get back to stock firmware and the phone turns on.
Can anyone recommend a reliable root for the G900T S5?

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
It's good to hear that you managed to revive your phone. Many of us find it convenient to install a custom recovery such as TWRP which makes backing up and restoring, switching ROMs, and many such activities much easier. XDA happens to have an active and friendly area dedicated to the Samsung Galaxy S5, and specifically to the T-Mobile version at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-galaxy-s5. I suggest you search that area or simply post your question in the Q&A forum there at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-galaxy-s5/help where our experts will be most likely to be able to guide you.
Dear forum members,
I am in Oman and have a galaxy s2 GT-19100. I tried to set it to factory reset because i would like to give this phone to another person. But after reset when i tried to reboot phone it is not booting only displaying "SUMSUNG" on the screen. I done this factory reset many times but the result was same. What i would like is to upgrade my phone with latest version of android (kitkat or lollypop) in my phone. I would like to do it myself without giving it to any shop. From where i will get the latest version and how can i do upgrading. When i switch on my phone it still display the "samsung" in blank screen and also i can switch off it by removing the battery only. Please advise. I am using window 8 in my pc

Hi ajithkumarts,
Thank you for using XDA Assist
Please check this thread to return to a install a stock firmware: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/help/guide-26-12-flash-stock-firmware-rom-t2365701
Simply download a recent Lollipop from Sammobile (be sure to download a compatible firmware by checking the model).
Good luck!
