Greetingd and welcome to assist. Your s4 should have google playstore already installed so it looks like you have now installed an incorrect version. The easiest thing to do is reinstall the stock rom for your device with odin

Just clear the data of your google play.
Also, Check the Latest Google play in my Sign.

Ive tried everything ive gotten 403 error
The thing is this app is only for note s3 and nexus and not for s4 which i have so i would like to manually download and install it i cant seem to download it any other way
Ive cleared devices from Google but as i don't have an s3 to log in from i cant download...
someone muct be able to download the apk????

My Samsung Galaxy S4 does not have any of the google services including playstore. I tried downlaoding the apk file for google playstore but the application does not open after being installed. I think I need to install the entire google framework for the play store to work.

Oh, Custom ROM's require rooting. So, I guess you don't have a Custom ROM. Uhm, do you have a gmail or hangouts on your phone?

im so confused i need a valid link to download samsung apps store i need it because of gear apps i have tried many links but when it gets dowonloaded it says no item please HELP

You Can't Download Samsung Apps Store in Your HTC M8 As It Is Only Compatible With Samsung Devices
i have installed google play manually in ubislate 7cz recently. google play is working fine but none of the app is downloading play store getting crash as i am trying to install any app

Play store needs more than just the phonesky.apk.
It also needs some Google Service/framework apps and libs.
You can check this thread: [GUIDE] Install Play Store only on Android 4.4 and caldav / carddav alternative.
Better to flash complete Gapps zip file in (custom) recovery.

i have rooted a lenovo vibe x2 with android kit kat
i installed a custom patch from lucky patcher for the google play store
and when i opened the play store it said "no connection" i tried uninstalling and re-installing gogle play and google play services but it didnt work
i even tried the factory reset and now i cannot sign in with google it says that it cant connect to the google service so i cant use the play store
PLEASE HELP ME
PS: should i install the firmware with odin? if so can you please tell me how beause i know but i am not sure
