CUSTOM BOOT LOGO PACK FOR OnePlus2
! Boot Logos from this thread are only for OnePlus2 !

Recently I made some custom boot logo images on my own for our beloved OP2. I came across another thread similar to this which gave me the idea (check it out), But it lacked some things I was looking (good work though). So I took the job myself & in a couple of hours I made below zips.
It would be amazing if anyone wants to share these somewhere else, but it is my sincere request to please give the author the credits for the same as it has really taken a lot of time in no only developing the flashable zips, but as well as on editing the photos. It just takes a second to give credits and it will also make me happy

Boot Logo ≠ Boot Animation
Boot Logo is NOT the Boot Animation. These are two different things. Boot Logo is the splash screen we see before the boot animation.

Auto Change Boot Logo - Script (Expert only)
For those who want to change boot logo in every boot,
I've made a script that'll randomly select a .zip file in "/sdcard/bootlogo/" directory & copy it to LOGO partition. You can download the script from attachments(remove .txt).
Code:
#!/system/bin/sh
# Custom Boot Logo Random change script by B!Gguy
dir=(/mnt/sdcard/bootlogo/*) && mkdir -p /mnt/sdcard/bootlogo/tmp && tmp=(/mnt/sdcard/bootlogo/tmp)
unzip -o "${dir[RANDOM % ${#dir[@]}]}" logo.bin -d $tmp && dd if=$tmp/logo.bin of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/LOGO
You can use it as an init.d script. Or use an automation app like tasker/macrodroid to run the script anytime you want.
Do not put any other .zip files in that directory.
Use this script at your own risk.
Please DO NOT post your images to make boot logos.
However feel free to post your favorite Movies, TV-Shows & I'll make a Logo when I'm free.! Enjoy Your New Boot Logo !
press Thanks! if I helped

You're welcome.
Damn, these are awesome, especially, the Sherlock one's, right before S4 comes out.
Can you provide instructions on how to use them? Which firmware are they compatible with, whether it requires TWRP or Hybrid recovery and other such information?
Thanks for the work, they look sleek!

I just flashed this over H2OS. I'm able to see this boot image at start after that H2Os boot animation is started to running. Is it work like this or I'm missing something?

Well then it works. That's what it supposed to do. I thought you said boot logo came after the boot animation, which is not possible. See what happens when we miss punctuation marks

I'm currently making a custom version of GoT 4 with a matching bootanimation. Would you like adding it when it's done?

This thread will show you how to do a couple things.
a) Install a custom boot animation.
b) Randomize your boot animation so each time you reboot, you get a different boot animation (only available with pro version of the app I use).
I'll be updating the thread every few days with new animations until I get a pretty good library. If I'm really super motivated, I might accept boot animation requests. Otherwise, all you need is the boot animation factory linked at the bottom of this thread.
REQUIREMENTS:
-You need to be rooted.
-You need an unlocked bootloader (only if AT&T or Verizon).
-You need a kernel that supports custom boot animation (Faux, Ktoonsez, any AOSP kernel - I'm currently using SlimBean 5.6).
-You *might need to have an AOSP ROM. I have not tried stock rooted TouchWiz yet.
Okay, here's how you do custom boot animations!!!
1) Install ROM Toolbox Lite (consider upgrading to the pro version).
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...wyLDEsImNvbS5qcnVtbXkubGliZXJ0eS50b29sYm94Il0.
*Note, there are other ways to install boot animations, but those methods are not supported in this thread.
2) Copy the boot animation file(s) to your internal or external SD card. It doesn't matter which. Nor does it matter what folder you put them into.
3) Open ROM Toolbox Lite:
4) Close out of the disclaimer:
5) From the main menu, just swipe your finger to scroll to the right:
6) Now you're at the Interface tab. Click on Boot Animations:
7) You can click on "later" to not upgrade. But I do recommend upgrading. This is a VERY cool app:
8) Click "OK" to the disclaimer:
9) From the "Server" tab, you can download boot animations. But you don't want to, because none of them are 1080x1920 and will look "small" on your screen:
10) Instead, swipe to the right so you an view the "Randomize" tab. Read the info if you like:
11) Now swipe to the left to the "Local" tab. And navigate to the folder where you stored your boot animations that you have downloaded from this thread:
INSTALLING A SINGLE BOOT ANIMATION FROM THE FREE VERSION OF ROM TOOLBOX:
1) Single-click on any boot animation you see in this folder:
2) Click on "Install".
3) Reboot phone and on the first (OR SECOND) reboot, you should see your boot animation and it should fill the 1080x1920 screen.
INSTALLING RANDOM BOOT ANIMATIONS IF YOU UPGRADED TO THE PRO VERSION OF ROM TOOLBOX:
1) At the "Randomize" tab, move the sider to the "On" position (top right of screen):
2) Swipe left to the "Local" tab:
3) Single-click a boot animation and select the "Add to randomizer" option (repeat for each boot animation you want):
4) If you're on the free version of ROM Toolbox, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Select either "Unlock boot randomizer" or "ROM Toolbox Pro". The Pro version is more expensive, but it unlocks every option the app has. And there are lots of cool options. Choice is up to you:
5) Since I already paid for the pro version, I installed that:
6) Now click on "open":
7) Go through the steps again and grant Root Permissions when prompted (your Superuser request may be different looking than mine):
8) Ignore the disclaimer:
9) When you finish adding boot animations to the randomizer, your "Randomize" tab will look similar to this. Now you're ready to reboot over and over and over and enjoy all your new boot animations!
Thank you to JaeKar99 for creating or sourcing all the boot animations that I modified to work in 1080x1920 resolution for our Galaxy S4 phones.

My personal favorite is a stone countdown or something like that. but im currently not running anything that allows custom roms. I will say if you need to resize the thing from rom tool box, i know in the width i was around 1000-1100 while height was around 1900 for it to scale to the screen.
Absolutely amazing guide. A lot of new people have difficulties following some peoples directions, but with your pic by pic AND very thorough guide I can't see how anyone could ever mess this up!

You can take any animation you like and use Samsung Theme Designer to turn it into an animation that will work on a stock ROM. All you need is to be rooted.
Our S4 animations need to be set to 1020 width and 1920 height. Basically, the 1080P resolution reversed.

+1 doesn't work for me either. I'm suspecting this is for MDC? And we're MDL? Can anyone confirm this?
I don't know about the FAUX kernel. But it works fine for me on Slim Bean and also Ktoonsez kernels. I'm on AOSP if that helps.
Otherwise...
I think I mentioned in the OP that you have to reboot a couple times before the new animations start to come up.
Also, you need to make sure that ROM Toolbox has been assigned root authentication privs.
If that still doesn't work, then use ROM Toolbox to manually install ONE boot animation, just to ensure it's functioning properly.
You can do that by going to the randomize tab, then click once on any boot animation in that section, then select "Set as next".
Then reboot and test. For me, it takes two reboots before it takes effect.
It's probably working for you cuz like you said, you're on slim bean which is aosp

Use the CWM_CustomBootanimation_421_Enable.zip. It's for the S3, but works fine on the S4.
Just because the kernel supports it doesn't mean the system does. This flashes the file "bootanimation" to the /system/bin folder. That file is already there, so I made a copy of the existing one before overwriting it with this (just in case).
I'm not using ROM Toolbox, I just copy my animation (bootanimation.zip) to the /system/media folder since I don't change it often, but it should work.
The link above also has a good tutorial on making boot animations.
By the way, I'm using agat's kernel.

31+ HD Minimal Splash Screen [Boot] For Redmi Note 4 - Snapdragon [Mido] [FLASHABLE]
Spash Screen By iValsaraj
Thanks to GokulNC for the amazing tool!
Hello Xiaomi Lovers,
This is my first contribution to XDA  . When I search about splash screen for Redmi Note 4 - Mido, I end up with GokulNC 's tool but I was lazy to generate one so skipped and tried searching for flashable boot screen zips but didn't find one that I wish to set on my phone, some are monochromatic ones, some others are pixelized images. :cyclops:
So I tried to work on GokulNC 's tool, and generated one and set to my phone. :good: Also thought that to generate some more contribute to XDA but the tool has some limitations, it only allows to generate one splash screen at a time and if we want to generate another one, we should replace the old file with another new and then run script
I tried to rewrite the script (added some features, removed some things), I end up with the script that can take all images from the input folder and generate multiple splash boot screen image and zip for each image.
I can share the modified script if GokulNC let me. Also, planning to create a GUI application with one click upload image and generate splash screen single / multiple.
I personally tested all splash screens on my Redmi Note 4.
Please let me know if any problems with any of the file.
Also, you can request for boot screens I will generate and add it here when I get time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLASHING BOOT SCREEN
Flash Via Recovery
Download your liked boot screen file either Flashable Zip or img to your internal memory from the below link.
Flash the zip file via Recovery
You are Done!
I recommend to flash via Recovery instead of fastboot
You can get more instructions on flasing here
I added 2 variations of each image White and Dark Variation [ I hate the logo in black, so used dark blue for those who need black variation]
Note : The below images are compressed so you may see pixelized, But trust me, the image included in boot splash screen is crystal clear
Credits
Gokul for the generator script, he have done an amazing job.
ArK96 - His post motivated me to do contribute some of my own to XDA.
Don't Forgot to HIT that Thanks button, If you find value on my work

That gradient takes more memory. So it can't. Flat colors are ideal for it.
I think it's not compatible with 3gb ram device.
Try several recoveries and files, but not working at all.
Maybe there's a difference between 3gb and 4gb devices.
I also have Redmi Note 4 mido 64 GB i also have flashed that via twrp exclusive recovery, orange fox recovery, Redwolf recovery & TWRP original recovery but nothing is working for me plz help.
May be their is some problem with treble rom?

Hello guys! AndroBuddy007 here.
I'm here to share some cool boot logos/splashes for Whyred.
If you don't know what splash image is, it's the 'Mi' logo which is shown while the device boots.
It's very easy to change these images if you follow the steps listed here. I've tried to keep it as simple as possible so that you don't face any problems. Please do tell if you face any problems!
Some of them are FLASHABLE ZIPS, while others are splash.img
To flash splash.img, following shall help you:
Steps:
Via Custom Recovery [No Root]
1. Download the splash you like, of course!
2. Move the splash to the phone storage.
3. Boot into recovery, custom recoveries only!
4. Take a backup (optional), coz just in case...
5. Go to install and select 'Install Image'.
6. Select the splash.img.
7. In the next screen, choose 'Boot logo'.
8. Swipe to make changes and then Reboot.
9. Profit!!
Via Fastboot [No Root]
1. Boot your phone to Bootloader/Fastboot/Download mode
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
2. Move to directory on your PC where the splash is saved and open CMD there, and type
Code:
fastboot flash splash splash.img
3. Reboot.
4. Profit!!
Via Android Terminal [Root]
1. Open terminal in android and type su to give root access to it.
2. Then type this
Code:
dd if=/sdcard/splash.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/splash
3. Reboot
4. Profit!!
Do keep in mind that my testers and me have tested these before launching them here and they all work fine. Still it's better to have stock logo backup, or better just flash your device firmware again to restore stock image.
Hope you like my work, and do consider donating me!
Special thanks to @GokulNC for his amazing work on creating the splash image maker which gave me an idea to create these.
Also if you want more of such logo's, please tell me!
PS: I'll soon create flashable Zips if you want, coz it will take some time for me to do the entire process with zips.
You can ask for special requests via PM!

The new one should work afaik. I use his tool as my tool base.
I haven't changed much just adjusted the allocation size. That won't affect anything though.
Try again and see.
Can I get the tool you use to create these?
I have tried so many splash screens. Yours was the only one that worked for me.
