Sorry for the double post, that was not intended. I almost died in a car crash yesterday and I need a phone to be able to communicate with people when I'm unable to move from bed.
I'm also on a number of painkillers.

First of all-mods, feel free to move this if it needs to go somewhere else.
Anyway, I just flashed Cyanogenmod 11, after rebooting from recovery after flashing the zip, I get nothing but a black screen. Now here's the odd part- it is recognized by Windows when plugged in as "LG Android USB Device." I have tried everything to hard reset it but nothing works. My gut feeling tells me its hard-bricked but just figured I'd see what everyone thinks. Any input is appreciated!
Can you get into fastboot? Or recovery?

No matter what i do, nothing shows on the screen, so no. Oddly, when its plugged into my computer, Windows makes noises when it connects and disconnects.
Problem resolved. Finally after hours of trying to hard reset it, it has booted into the bootloader. Back to stock Android we go!

Still no luck... I can't get the screen to come on no matter what I do.
My phone was normal throughout the day and when I woke up the screen a few minutes back, the phone was literally dead.
I pressed and hold the power button for 20s and all I got was the vibration. Tried both the buttons combination of power + volume up/ down and all I get was vibration only. I plugged the phone into the charger and nothing came on the screen of the phone as well.
Any ideas? Phone was at 70%+ when this happen

Got the phone up and running, finally!
Just for your to take note, the guide doesn't work for users using Windows 10. Win10 will not be able to detect the device at all in device manager. Had to downgrade back to Win7 just to get things up and running again...
Hi all,
since I tried to upload ClockworkMod bootloder to my A7/2018, the device hangs in an endless loop restarting after first boot screen (Samsung Galaxy A7...). To me it seems something went wrong during the bootloader update and the device is bricked. Is there any chance to get it "back"?
Cheers,
Oliver

Hello,
I was messing around with my EONON GA9150A and menaged to install Androind 8, Android 9, update MCU, etc.
Than I was installing a new ROM and something went wrong. No problem I thought.. Pressed RESET button to enter RECOVERY MODE as usual but with no luck.
The new MCU changed the function of the keys. Now I cannot enter RECOVERY MODE. Damn!!!
Any help would be appreciated.

I saw a post that said we could connect key1 and key2 to ground.
My radio has this sticker but no brown wires...
Someone, please?
You're welcome to send the unit to me in NZ (I don't charge, only return freight) if unable to try options noted in my signature.

See threads in my signature. If unable to enter recovery, force via hardware mod. If unable to do this, see https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=80156048&postcount=6
Still bricked...
Any new ideas?
Had the same issue, so i finally found a method on YouTube.
I searched for "px5 recovery"

I vaguely remember reading something like that months ago but who knows if it will work on your HU. Anyway doesn't matter if you don't have brown wires what matters is whether the pins are there and connect to the MCU. I bet they are now it's a simple thing to tie them together and to a ground.
Have you tried holding 5 fingers on the screen and powering up? Keep holding the screen until the picture changes. Not even sure if the touchscreen still works at this point though.
More than likely you need to use a hardware recovery method. Marchnz has done a lot of work on this and if you didn't lookup the links in his sig here is the one that matters for you. If doing mods is not your thing you should consider taking him up on his offer.
Thank you guys, I'll try that.

Hi mate
You need to enter the old Google password of the phone , in order to avoid this you should had disable it before you factory reset the phone

I appreciate your feedback, but there's nowhere to enter a password. The screen is locked and I don't have the passcode. I'm trying to wipe it but can't. I can't flash it because FRP lock. So the phone has not been reset yet because I cant. Thanks tho

You mention it was on airplane mode , no wi-fi so your phone boots up , right? usually when it first boot it should ask you introduce the password of your associated email ( google most cases).
But explain what happened , how you got FRP without reseting the phone ?

OP check your Google account to see if its has been accessed, unauthorized.
Possible hardware failure otherwise.
I have access to the Google account. It has not had unauthorized access.

Simultaneously press and hold the Volume up and side buttons until the device vibrates and the Android Recovery screen appears then release all buttons. Allow up to 30 seconds for the recovery screen to appear. From the Android Recovery screen, select Wipe data/Factory reset.

Reading is hard, mmmkay?
It sounds like you're dealing with an MDM lock. FRP doesn't prohibit stock firmware from being flashed, but MDM does. And an MDM lock would also prevent it from being factory reset via the Recovery menu. I was asking for the Download mode picture in order to confirm the MDM status

Might be worth a few more tries. If you're timing or sequencing is off, it doesn't take. Unfortunately this skill isn't made better by stress. I miss 1-2 out 3 attempts at times.
