When you setup your security method you should have entered a 4 digit number so use the same and it should work

Do you know the password?
This is for security reason, you should put the password each time u restart ur phone.

Thanks guys for your reply. I didn't mentioned that password unknown. (in details) I own mobile shop and bought this mobile from costumer. (I have the guaranty certificate and donno if its valuable in my case!)
So mobile was working perfectly without any issue or password. I made the format and I got this password. also can't contact the costumer

Hi Lhunardaien you will better posting in the Energy ROM thread and if possible with a little more detail about your problem. Things like what you installed before hand, etc.

Hello friends.. Recently i buy used samsung nexus from the market.. While using i apply pattern lock.. But due to my brother bcz he draw wrong lock pattern 10 times.. The cell phone is now blocked and asking for google account.. I also visit different mobile shops but the problem is that there is a korean software in that mobile.. They dnt have the korean software for my mobile.. Kindly help me...
Sounds like a very cliche story for a stolen phone as I'm sure someone wouldn't leave their google account on it...lol

Wait the time limit, then have him out the correct code. Or contact the seller of the phone to help.

if you flash the bootloader you will lose everything on the entire phone!! SD partition data, user data, system data, etc! if you want to keep you sd partition data then don't flash the bootloader.
flashing the system with odin will wipe the phone's system and data partitions...it'll basically reset it to stock and format everything.

ok I run a repair shop dealing with electronics and i have a sph-d720 with pattern lock on it and the owner can't remember there user name or password for the account but would like to keep there pictures and videos before getting rid of the phone ????? Is there a way to force the phone to unlock to save there pics?
i've tried a few things but and having some issues with getting adb to work also they didn't turn on the usb debugging
have tried the Google_Nexus_4_ToolKit_v2.0.0 (free version) and several adb unlock codes through the cmd with no luck

Try factory reset, if that doesn't work re-install firmware with Samsung smart switch. Just make sure it's not your SIM card the dead first!

My card still working i try it in other phone , hoe can i do a re install with samsung smart switch ?
Install it on your computer,connect Phone and select recover device or what ever. I haven't had to use it. Google a guide if you need it

I just finished installing a new firmeware by odin , i said maybe it works but it still the same , so must i do it with samsung smart switch ? Is it better ?
Give it a shot. It might also be hardware related aswell but i doubt it. Do you have any other SIM you can try in the device?

Hi guys, I have been trying to get the MI 4c working with the data but still with troubles. I have restored to stock 2 times ( a long nightmare getting locked by the way) and still without getting the Data working. I can call and use internet with WIFI but not by itself.
Anyone can give a hand?

I am using only 1 SIM, and YES I have tried to put APN manual.
Does the *#06# gives you an IMEI number (or 2...).
If not, what happen to loose it? You should start by explaining that.

It is giving me 2 IMEI NUMBERS but in Settings, About Phone and Status doesnt show my mobile number.
AFTER RESTORE TO LATEST MIUI I can use DATA 4g but I want to use Cyanogenmod instead, lets see.

That's not important.
So in the CM, there is just a problem with APN.
Post what are they maybe someone from your country could help....
After restore Stock rom MIUI 6.1.7, unblocked with fastboot oem unlock and flashing twrp and CM 14.1 I got 4g working I went to something about SIM CARD activate, and removing all APN and putting my APN manually. I did it before but didn't work .But after all it interrupts also WIFI after a few minutes I dont understand why.
I just got update B388 yesterday and broke my sim cart (t-mobile), the cart doesn't get recognized by phone, also the app don't update. Anyone can help me?

Try to reinsert the Sim after rebooting
Or otherwise you need to reset your network setting and if it fails try to reset all settings

I tried to reinsert sim cart, i reset network setting, and finally reseted the phone and still not connecting to network, i don't have other sim cart to try it.
You may need to download the full B388 update package and flash it.

I am on T-Mobile and updated to B388, was even rooted before updating. I still have great service, so I am assuming it's not just a tmobile thing but maybe a corrupted update.
I did fix it somehow, I managed to install full 360 and upgraded to 388 now works fine. Thanks

Glad to know. Sometimes these updates messes up the device but if it is software then we have a solution as well. :good:

Thanks. I tried the proxy 360, it download however failed during the install. I downloaded twice and it failed twice during install.
Back to no sim or network.

Just ask them for a refund on basis of hardware failures if not purchased way back or.You can visit official service centre and ask for repair
