[Q] Boot loop?

Well i have been using the cm7 nightlies with no problem. Today i decided to flash the RC1 since im sick of having to flash everyday. So i flashed the rom with rom manager and my phone was stuck in a boot loop.
So i had to do a battery pull and then restore the rom i had just backed up. After restoring i reboot the phone and am stuck in a boot loop again. I did another battery pull did a full data wipe, wiped cache and dalvik cache. And reinstalled the nightly 41 and am no longer in a boot loop.
So i tried to install RC1 again and everything was fine after flashing rom and gapps. i thought everything was fine so i rebooted into recovery to flash the 1.2.2 BFS Netarchy kernel. Before flashing i wiped cache, and dalvik cache. And of course now im stuck into a boot loop again. Has anyone else experienced this problem? i believe i am doing everything right. This is the first time i have ever experienced this problem.

try flashing the kernel without wiping the dalvik or cache.
personal, i dont use or recommend using rom manager, as it creates issues of its own. i download everything myself and flash in recovery without rom managers aid.
I'm trying that now. Thanks for the quick reply. I have even tried installing the rom without using rom manager and it still did the same thing to me. Hopefully this works.

boot recovery image boot loop

okay 1.2 branch of Gtablet loaded cwm v3028 and cm7.1 Rc no problems also did the partition and permissions. Then I decided to push it and loaded vegan 7.0 over the top of CM7.1 RC. So I went back into cwm and cleared all the flash and loaded the rom.
now im stuck in a loop where it boots and goes directly into the recovery mode. the recovery mode has all the commands. So here are the things I have tried.
1. wipe data/factory reset
2.wipe cache partition
3. I have repartitioned sd card and wipe dalvik cache
So any ideas?
I have searched the forum but didnt find any answer
Thanks
well from my experience, when this happens i have nvflash back to stock.. if you go to install zip from the SDcard and there are no directories it didnt flash properly... NVflash back to stock then flash the rom... that always worked for me...
same
I have the same prob. Any solutions?

[Help] Xoom MZ601 stuck at bootanimation

Hey everyone, I need help for my Xoom 3G MZ601, I just rooted it and flashed EOS' rom and I'm stuck at bootanimation. I'm new to rooting and flashing custom roms for tablets, its different in phones.
When you say you are stuck, what have you tried to do? Have you tried to get back into your custom recovery? If you can, you could try to reflash your rom and gapps after wiping cache and dalvik cache. You would have your system wiped when you unlocked, but you could wipe again before reflashing...that might help.
Yes, I wiped everything, I did this 5 times and the same thing happens, stuck in bootanim.

1. Do you have a backup of your stock rom? if you have a backup and recovery works you should be able to recover your stock system and everything will be allright.
2. If you don't have a backup enter this site motodev site (i can't post any links) download correct firmware for your device and flash every part of downloaded rom via fastboot.
I hope it will help you
It seems like your recovery img is the culprit, try downloading eos with goomanager..
try; adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery eos-recovery-r6.img http://goo.im/devs/teameos/recoveries/wingray/eos-recovery-r6-softkeys.img or http://goo.im/devs/teameos/recoveries/wingray/eos-recovery-r6.img
adb reboot recovery

[Recovery][Boot] Recovery mode has highest boot priority?

So I unlocked, rooted and installed Euphoria ROM on my Moto G today, and now I'm perplexed to find that when I select the "Reboot" option either in Android or TWRP, I immediately get shoved back into TWRP. Rebooting to Bootloader works as expected, rebooting to Recovery works as expected, but the normal reboot doesn't.
Also, when my phone is offline and I plug it in, it immediately lights up and boots directly into TWRP. I don't know why this is, but I'd like to fix it since it's hit and miss trying to boot into the ROM normally.
Can anyone help me pin point the problem? In all my years with Android I've never seen an issue with boot priority such as this.
Things I have done:
-I tried to decide on a recovery so I flashed PhilZ, CWM, and TWRP in that order from the fastboot commandline
-wiped system, data, cache, dalvik cache, and flashed Euphoria ROM
Thanks!
One thing I would suggest is to flash the stock recovery and try rebooting, even i had encountered this problem. Later you can flash twrp again and everything will work fine.
Are you getting any errors while wiping partitions

I'm having the same problem here. Wiping works alright, no errors at all. Although the built-in TWRP file manager is unable to see any files in the system folder.

[Fixed]Bricked phone? error cache not mounted

so i wanted to backup my oneplus one using twrp 3.0 and for some reason i decided to wipe the cache before i backed it up. I went to wipe (just the regular cache) and it kept trying to wipe but it never succeeded so i just forced rebooted it went back to twrp and backed up my phone. Once the backup was done i tried to boot it up and i was met with a boot loop. Then i kept rebooting my phone and no luck. then i tried to completely wipe my phone. well just a factory reset. it didn't work i was greeted with an error saying my cache is not mounted or something like that. so now i cant even wipe anything at all and i think twrp has a feature where you can access files from recovery and that doesn't work for me. adb isnt working either i was trying to push a file. What im trying to do is flash a newer version of twrp or try to adb sideload my same rom. but i dont have access to my same rom cause the links are down. my rom is minimal os btw. any ideas ?
Edit: I've fixed the problem by booting into fastboot and flashing a newer version of twrp 3.0.2. then i wiped the cache and it was successful. then i booted up and it works!
