Hello,
I am having the Indian OnePlus One, which DOES NOT get OTA updates. How should I about upgrading to the latest official build of CM 11S, without having to wipe everything?

You just download the OTA zip when someone posts it, and then flash it in recovery.
Download the full ROM and delete the -w flag then flash using fastboot commands?

Hello! I have been using mi-globe & previous smiui for quite some time and never had an issue with dirty flashes. Now, I try to install 6.12.22 over the 6.11.24 version and I always get an "Updater gave an Error 7" and the update fails. I want to flash 6.12.22 to prepare myself for android 7 update. I have also tried to flash 6.12.15 version and also fails. I have tried with TWRP version 2.8.7.3 and later with version 3 which also fails. What can I do ?
Weired...
Are you sure you took the right one? DL again via a computer?
Your nov. build should have the last TWRP version. Did you tried to update it via fastboot?

You have this TWRP :
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=529152257862699043
Or team's superluminal one? (this one I think.. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24421527759888487)
Did you try to install the same version on Xiaomi.eu before, and just flash over the Mi-globe twice?

thanks for the help but i succeeded by dirty flashing xiaomi.eu 6.12.22 over mi-globe 6.11.24, for some reason it worked. I don't know which one recovery I have, i flashed the 3.0 version using the TWRP app from tha playstore, I don't know which of the two is this ( I think the file I flashed was around 45mb so it's probably the first...).
UPDATE: I have the 3.0.2 TWRP version. Is it compatible with nougat ??
I'm not sure it's about the number only. On the mi-globe topic, it's explained. Flash nougat. Then unlockdevice, then flash twrp compatible
I have a l04 with the latest 5.0 emui Android 7.0... The issue is that I wanted to format the phone to sell and doing so I deleted the os from twrp on accident and tried flashing the stock rom given from Huawei, but now the phone is giving me errors when trying to flash anything on twrp it tells me zip is corrupt. Not sure what to do from here since I cannot get the 5.0 recovery/boot/cust/system img files. Or the update app to do the 3 button reset.

Just formated data and still you can enter to twrp?

Well i flashed the old img files for android 6 and they are not working i'm guessing because i am coming from android 7, so i flashed the twrp from xda for nougat and that is currently where i am at.

So try flash full fw Nougad or from Lineage 14.1 by OpenKirin Team flash vendor.zip and rom.zip

Okay lineage 14.1 worked, but is there any way to go back to emui 5.0?
I used the link on your profile for the go back to stock and I'm on the NRD90M test-keys official, but I wanted to get the b385 update from the team Mt firmware updater and it says it is approved. How would I update it through if the internal updater app on this ROM does not work?
Was able to setup proxy with desktop version and hisuite seems to be updating with new firmware.

The update was around 500mb and through miui update screen it booted me in twrp but I got error 7 while up updating.
Are you on the stock rom? Was this an official update from Xiaomi?

Can anyone confirm if TWRP 3.3.1-x blu_spark v9.108 works with the latest 10.3.1 release? Do I need to even update TWRP or can I stay on the current version?
I am currently on v9.107 with 10.0.1 and I want to update without losing root or data.

What process did you use to update without losing root and data and did you go from 10.0.1 to 10.3.1?
