[Q] Please Help, Samsung grand quattro gt-i8552 stuck in CWM Recovery

Hi, Can`t find any solution in any threads or posts. My phone is stuck in CWM Recovery v6.0.4.5. Every time I reboot the phone it directly goes to CWM Recovery. Tried almost every possible way but no results. Help would be well appreciated.

Can you boot into download/odin mode?

copy this file to your sd card..
then boot your phone normally and it will go into cwm mode as you mentioned ...
Select apply update zip from sd card...
Select the file you downloaded...
If it prompts select yes.... Your phone will boot into normall mode....
If you want all your contacts and smses backup you can do this by mobogenie software...

Yes i can go to downloading mode but unfortunately odin can`t detect my phone.

Then maybe its a driver problem? try downloading "samsung drivers for mobile phones", maybe that will let you get into odin and flash a stock rom.

Cant enter cwm recovery

wrong procedure bro..
power+home+vol up..hold them together and when phone vibrates then leave the power button but keep on holding the volume up and home button..you will go into you recovery. .

hey..just do one more thing in addition with all the things you have done
reflash cwm recovery using odin..but this time tick on auto reboot option..
n u r done!

im good in English but i can help you, will dont use "reset to bootloader" using CWM, using "volume down+home+power" after the release power and while still holding volume down+home when you got in bootloader now connect your device in ODIN 3.07 it will detected now, change your recovery.tar.md5 using odin, i hope it will work

It's not working...
See.. The phone is booting directly to the CWM recovery..
ADB is working fine... I tested few commands using the cmd prompt and everything was fine..
After the phone enters Downloading mode,Odin couldn't recognize it...
I think Its because the Samsung Mobile USB CDC Composite Device divers are not properly installed in my PC ...
I tried everything to install it but I keep getting the "This device cannot start .Code 10" error...
So,Let me know how to fix this error...And that will solve the problem,I guess..

I have rooted mu samsung galaxy grand quattro. After that I have restored the system to factory reset. And from that time my system is in only CWM recovery. I have shown my phone in the service center as well. Those people are helpless. I guess my OS is missing. Please help me out.

Hi there,
I just recently experienced this nightmare where I tried to factory reset my GT-I8552 and all went wrong. As u menioned,my device too got stuck into cwm recovery mode 6.0.4.5.
I searched the whole internet but to no avail. then i thought that my cwm might hv curropted or damaged.So i downloaded the stock cwm for GT-I8552 and flashed it using odin and say what..... my device booted normally!!

Flash the cwm compactible to ur device using odin.... Worked for me !

Hi. I fixed mine by flashing cwm again but this time by ticking the Auto Reboot.

hey, I am also facing with exact same issue, as I had cosmic ROM installed when i did factory reset from inside ROM it has stuck in bootloop in CWM and not even ODIN is able to recongnize it. I have tried lots of CDC drivers too, it recognizes my phone as LEmobile... I am stuck quite badly please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Phone OpoR7 Plusf was bricked while I was flashing the Spectrum rom
Now , the Phone cant go to recovery mode , can go to fastboot mode as I can see the fastboot logo with some Chinese letters
I have tried the Thread (Oppo r7 plus m (s615) was brick. (QDLoader 9008) (HELP!!)) which is for the m version but didnt help as my PC didnt recognize the device as Qualcomm HS-USB QD Loader although t I have installed all USB drivers I know
I can t even get ADB to work
device is booting , stuck in OPPO logo for 10 sec then shutdown
any advise Please will be much appreciated

Okay guys, so I was trying to bring out of a bootloop a ZTE Blade L2 . I`ve tried putting and update.zip file on an SD, wipe out data and cache and then install the .zip file but did`t work. Okay, now here is where this got ****ed up. I have seen a tutorial to unbrick this phone with sp flash tool, so i have formated the phone via sp flash tool (detection was okay), then I have load the scatter file for the device and click the download button, conected the phone. Everything was going right until my ****ty USB disconected from the device at 48% of the download. Now i try to connect it but my PC doesnt recognize it anymore.

[Completed] Huawei Phone Flashing Problem

Hello Guys,
I have a Huawei Ascend G730 (Model: HUAWEI G730-U10). No boot, No power up, No nothing, but when plugged in a computer, the computer detects it. It detects it as an MTK Device.
I tried flashing it with SP FLASH Tools (I used at least 5 roms), all failed. It's an SP FLASH Error (“BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (0xFC0) ).
I tried searching for results on the interwebs but to no avail.
I also saw this (https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/xda-assist/brom-error-sftenabledramfail-0xfc0-sp-t3378499). But that guy was met with a stock answer.
If anyone knows. Pls do help.

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately I can not find any answers to your problem but several users who have had this issue with mtk devices. It does sound like your memory chip has failed unfortunately but I do hope I'm wrong

I was trying to hard reset the phone, and recovery menu appeared previously it was not working, any way set restored successfully and every thing was working fine, but then i restarted the mobile to make sure, it was ok, but same problem happened again, stuck at logo, now again i am failed to find the recovery menu, by pressing Vol_Up + Power_Butn, and cannot turn off/switch off the mobile, it is a loop and auto restart, when i try to turn it off, now i want to flash the new software, please guide me.

hello i have almost same issue with tecno pop 5 LTE i try to restore the NVRAM now i try to reflash and and the phone its stuck at fastboot mode how can i fix this ... i try to download the file you posted so i can rewrite again i try sometimes with sp flash and i can write with that the only way i can flash is with chimera tools thats the weird part i need some help

I don't have Chimera tool to test.
Why do you need the chimera tool?

its a phone repair program ... i tried with others tools and no luck
