CM 11
I installed CM 11 on my D838 and he booted. Rom is crazy fast. Installed with Philz recovery.

Make sure you link the Gapps, some people will wlash without it if the dont know
Now i think you are ready to buil cm12.1 rom for g pro 2. I'll wait for it

Yes I will build cm12.1 on today night.
I installed rom with "gapps-kk-20140606-signed" google apps.
F350L
So awesome to see vanilla android on g pro 2. I was about to order a nexus 6 but I'll wait to cm12 on this phone

It's cool, i have downloaded your rom and will test it at night
I keep getting error 7 in CWM recovery on my d838, error 7 indicates an incompatibility in devices. The version of CWM I have is based on the F350 G Pro 2 so it won't let me install this rom, could anyone tell me how they installed it on their D838?

I've tried Philz and CWM and I can't find any TWRP images for my D838, so how would I get twrp on my phone?
I tested your rom on my f350l and there are some bugs:
Bluetooth
Sdcard

Installed on d838 but stuck at LG logo.
So the second build (20150515) installed without a problem but it doesn't boot, it just stays at the LG logo. I'm aware that the first boot of new software can usually take a long time but I left it for half an hour but nothing happened. I'm very grateful of your efforts on this project and I'm looking forward to the next build. I hope it boots next time.

Fix for installation on f350 recovery
To fix installation with philz (F350 recovery) we need to edit "update-scrip" file thats located in
CM installation zip > META-INF > com > google > android > update script
I suggest to edit with notepad++
Need to edit 2 lines to look like this :

getprop("ro.build.product") == "f350" || (edit "d838 to f350")

dude check out post no. 4 on this thread. there is a twrp recovery that i ve ported for this device. just flash if via spflashtools and install any SuperSU zip file. bam. u have rooted ur q11. ?✌

i tried your recovery. you dont have mtp included in this build. also, adb secure is enabled.

try to port FiraOS. i've got problems in rear camera. but the cam is stable.
and, can we combined our ported ROM's here, since we have similarities in the features and the project name.

As it is very evident from your work now that the Marshmallow roms are very abundant for this phone and now you should eye development of the roms like lineage OS 15 or 14 according to what it will be possible
I really liked this rom very nice but the camera bug needs to be fixed shows green tent and pics has it to. Be nice if you could fix it.

replace libcameracustom.so file from your stock system\lib
you need your phones firmware unpacked than go to your system\lib and copy libcameracustom.so to your system\lib folder ,ofcourse you need to root your phone first .

Stable LingeagOS requires stable stock firmware (at best, kernel sources).
Doogee fails to provide either! Nougat update for the Y6 (16+2) was too bad. Fortunately they fixed part of that problem.
I have been working on RR 5.8.4 based on kernel 3.18.35 (nougat kernel) for Doogee Y6. It boots, has sound, fingerprint, sdcard and camera working. But bluetooth and wifi wouldn't switch on (SELinux related issue).
I don't have a BL5000 and I dropped all LOS (based) projects for Y6.

I may drop the BL5000 soon if Doogee don't atleast release the official stock Rom by themselves. The one available is stock Rom backup which works fine.

hey guys i bought one of the doogee bl5000 an will receive it in a few days... cant wait... the phone seems to lack a "notification LED" and was wondering if there is any way that u can use the selfie flash as notification LED.. tnks in advance

There isn't much to put on github!
I used Elephone P9000 sources.
I have alos been working on custom kernel based on ported sources (from OUKITEL K6000 Plus).
The custom kernel (3.18.35) boots fine, has wifi, bluetooth, sound, touchscreen, sdcard, LCM but sleep and camera HAL are big issues (unable to solve, no official sources provided by DOOGEE).

There probably is an app in playstore that can do that, but it will consume your battery!

It's just for sms, mms, calls
It doesn't consume much battery

I've had a glance at it and my schedule is too tight now to start digging deeper into it.

it works for the "selfie Flash? or rear camera flash? or both? or u can choose which? because i kno of apps that make rear camera flash but i am lookin for one to make the selfie flash u kno like to make use if it as a notification led while the phone is laid on a table or so an screen faced upwards

Not quite sure that OUKITEL K6000 Plus has 7.1.1. It came with Android 7.0 and still runs that.
FYI, OUKITEL K6000 Plus and DOOGEE Y6 Nougat software was compiled by the same software group (HCT Group).
Build device is: hct6750_66_n. That's why it was easy to boot K6000 Plus kernel on the Y6 after injecting its drivers (LCM, especially). So, if the K6000 Plus gets Android 7.1.x, the Y6 will have it too (or I will port it). Still is it that DOOGEE did a good job with Nougat upgrade for the Y6 compared to Y6 MAX/3D that still runs Android 6.0.

It works with the selfie flash. You can choose either the back or front (selfie) flash NOT BOTH at the same time.
There's also plenty of customization. Just try it

Guys i am having difficulty Rooting my Doogee BL5000, i am getting to unlock the bootloader and installing TWRP but the phone wont boot after that, i keep having to Flash the firmware and try rooting again multiple times since i end up with the same difficulty
Actually it seems that after installing Twrp an rebooting, the OS is no longer Recnogised by the phone, also when i open TWPR its Asking for password, i entered the correct phone password and password fails, i think its having error and making TWRP not being able to Decrypt the Data... plz help... i really want this phone rooted

My BL5000 is currently rooted and everything is working ok.
Just after installing TWRP, you have to install SuperSU without rebooting the phone into Android: Boot into TWRP again, install SuperSU and then you can reboot your phone into Android.
The data partition asking for a password is solved formating that partition (bad solution, I know )

Works like a charm.... i been trying for 2 days now to get this phone rooted.. after 1st try and i saw the phone apps and data lost when unlocking the bootloader i was left trying to root the phone before i start using it.. now i gotta work on getting the IMEI back
Small issue guys.. i am trying to set fingerprint password.. its set to fingerprint & PIN, mt fingerprint unlocks the phone fine, however so does simply swiping up..

it seems after sleeping for couple seconds it locks ok... but in the setting i have "automatically lock after sleep "Immediately"" and power button instantly locks "enabled"
o lord.. seems only i have issues.. sorry to b bothersome guys but here is a big issue nw... phone works AWESOME... wifi, fingerprint, screen, apps, everyting is ok except recently i noticed there is an issue with sim card.. it seems ok... phone showing full bar at the top but i cant make calls.... nor receive txt... after reboot its ok again for 1 call then i cant call again... helpppppp!!!! Maybe its the SIM?

How to install?
Guide:
Download my zip(all in one)
Download Blade a610 Firmware(I don't provide link, search in google)
Replace LK.bin, Preloader, boot.img and recovery.img(twrp)
Flash with spflashtool(Upgrade mode or Format All and Download)
How to install fixes?
For fix sound flash FIX_SOUND.zip
1-Mound System
2-Flash the zip
For fix Imei, Ril and Sim's
Flash SuperSU(Last Version)
Configure your device and download ES File Explorer or other file manager with root support
enter to nvdata/md/nvram and delete folders and paste the Imei_fix.zip folders after of this reboot

wow... not i just got this v6 from my mom. try to install the los 14.1 rom, but phone don't have baseband and never enter deep sleep .
will this kernel fix the issue?

that in the same way I will tell you that in reality the rear camera already works and in the part of the flashlight only one of the two LEDs of the phone works but the front camera does not work at all

hi well iwas able to make RR rom with this kernel, and rewrote boot.img to make lineageos based roms boot.
all on needrom.
itryed to fix the camera issue, and did get one camera working,
but there is an issue, the kernel has modifyed a610 drivers what is asighned to a610 lib files.
the blade v6 original driver files and blobs don,t work on the kernel at all,
becouse the phone kernel thinks it is a610 and not v6 its inposible to rewrite the codec and libdrivers.
very strange they even used a610, a610 is not custom rom user freindly, it has a heck of alot security locks.
the original kernel updates and stock roms were facktory based on meizu m2 mini and zopo hero/color 6735
better to make kernel from them phones or even better use opensource to make a new one,
Javier can you get someone to remake 3.18.19 kernel and get it 2 work?=).
andr7e had contact with him awhile a go but he went offline,

Before explaining I apologize for my bad English, was able to make a Custom ROM Nougat 7.1.1 with the kernel 3.18.19 I mention what DOES NOT WORK:
- Front camera
- Only one led of two of the rear camera works but even the rear camera presents some very minimal difficulties
The Custom ROM that was ported with the kernel 3.18.19 is from MadOs
As you mentioned before, everything was based on the ZTE Blade A610 device, that way the developer made quite good changes that made it possible to get a first boot with the ROM Stock of the same device (Android 6.0) being the same as for issues that ROM was very heavy took the Custom ROM of MadOs with Android 7.1.1 and that way there is only the failures of the cameras, everything works perfect, the only thing missing are the cameras
And answering your first question, there is no one who can continue with the development unfortunately as I mentioned before, the kernel developer canceled or suspended his facebook account and I have nothing to contact him
andr7e I contacted a lot with the developer who was doing this kernel and what I managed to do, he did not contact me but I could not tell you if andr7e can return to help finish the kernel or redo the kernel from scratch

yes, let me upload the complete ROM with what is necessary so that you can install it and check, I hope that the kernel that the developer did that unfortunately I can not communicate and I do not have to do it, the link by private message here in xda developers, I would like be in communication with you if you want a tester, I'm a port of rom but the kernel by default is not very good to say and taking quje if it is stable I would like you to give an announcement to the ZTE group if it is it becomes stable
