But, what's working and what's not?

***You should specify that TWRP 3.0.2-0 needs to be installed in order to install this ROM. I came from OrionOS with TWRP 2.7 installed and my TWRP did not install this version of Tesla.
Also, I preffer stock launcher not having 2 launchers on a device that have little space left after install.
Device total storage: 3.64GB
Used space: 1.80GB
Thats 1.84GB left
Feedback:
Issues I'm having:
***Camera takes photos but they are all blank (no image, just the background color) when viewing at gallery of from the camera app,
***When recording videos the app keeps closing by ifself.
***When unlocking and locking the screen the speaker do a little noise like "clip" (little anoying on non-noisy places)
***FM app working but if it is on speaker and you try to record, after pressing the "Stop recording" the app stops and does not record nothing (this happens just a few times) (is good to have the FM radio app).
Things I test (that worked on my device):
Wifi and cellular data, it connects and I just google a word to check functionality, no video/audio streaming.
Bluetooth not tested (don't have any other device at hand to test)
Notification LED is working fine.
Spaker is working fine and louder (apreciated)
Dialer is working fine,
Proximity sensor is working fine,
I apreciate the included music app.
I don't know if it is the app or the sensor but you have to shake the device stronger in order to change the track you are playing.
Good to have AdAway from the start.
And a question to ask:
How can I find the Music app APK? I want to download it separetly.
I do my tests in about 2 hours so the battery efficiency is not tested.
The device was tested without GAPS or other apps installed. ROM feels smoth with no lags at all.
I hope you find my feedback useful.

In my everything is very well, I only have a single problem that is in loading the device with it off is two question marks and the screen is turned on and on the load I already made two clean loops I'm still with the problem I would like help.thanks For the beautiful work.

You can change that in settings/Tesla coil /quick settings.

hey! great rom. nice and speedy.
but i cant move apps to adopted sd. it says not enough storage space.
i tried using link2sd but it reurns a java.lang.IllegalStateException : no suitable storage available.

It's unofficial so u can't check update. That's not a bug.
Rebooting might be happening due to broken power key.

There's absolutely nothing in this rom for which a screenshot will be required. It's all stock

Amazing ROM! The only thing I think could be added is a file manager, as I have been trying an experiment on seeing how feasible it is for me to go without Gapps and some people might like it, but by no means am I saying add it due to this being as pure of a MM rom as can be. I did manage to sideload one so it isn't too much of an issue Anyone with the Boost Mobile/Republic Wireless xt1031: do not download this, it will say No SIM. Not an issue for me since it's my mess around backup phone Keep up the great work!

I was wondering about something... The cellular network force close was solved a relatively long time ago in CM-based ROMS, right? So the fix does exist, or am I missing something here?

cons:
1. booting takes loooooonng.
2. FM missing, or not included.
3. SU not implemented.
4. Messaging missing, or not implemented.
5. No extra controls or useful tweaks implemented.
Pros:

Clean flashed the Rom with OpenGapps and SU2.65, everything is golden except screen rotation is not working even though I have enabled it in QS and Settings->Assessibility. Anyone else experiencing it as well?

Excellent rom.
This ROM works great :good:, little battery consumption. The problems of rotation and automatic brightness are not so serious to me. I've used other rom with 6.0.1 and this is really liked.

layers with multiple color combo like magpie, peeaf etc not working....i meant to say only base colors are applied even though i choose some other primary color or accent color......same prblm was der in the orion os's first build for falcon from the aospb base.....i hope it will be rectified in next build apart from that, the rom is pretty smooth...

it shouldn't matter...when i went through the setup process, i saw the the insert sim screen too....but i was able to complete the process.

Problem with snap camera app
Hello,
I have a problem with snap camera app :
When rotating the device to landscape : the buttons on the side disappear.
I've seen this behavior in other roms, but in other roms, the snap app works fine... (buttons rotate and stay visible)
I do not know what makes it work/not work : I tried replacing the app + libs from a rom that has a "working" button rotation, it still does not work

i have this problem too. For me there aren't other problems. The rom is stable and fast, i only one question.... In RR and AICP there aren't the little lag in UI in the phone app when open the contact at first time but in this rom is present,i know that this isn't a bug, but if there isn't this rom is perfect

I am thinking of flashing this later tonight. Anyone else running this ROM on their Flash2? How's the experience?
Update:
I have installed this ROM last night and played with it for couple of hours. Here's what I found:
- Boots normally with Google Apps integrated
- Pixel FC on start up, just hit Close App to get to the home screen
- Camera is horribly dark, both stock and 3rd party
- Unable to record video
- Black screen with audio on Youtube
- YouTube on Chrome works fine
The ROM is generally fast and a proof that Flash2 can run Nougat very well (especially if all these bugs are squashed).
I needed a stable and working camera so I decided to revert to the stock Marshmallow for now. I hope the porters of this ROM come up with a more stable build.

When I Installed the rom and reboot it, it says Pixel Launcher has Stopped or Pixel Launcher Keeps Stopped and my screen was all black, it's only show Time and home menu button.

hi, this is a great ROM, bugs i encountered were cant do a video record. i was able to play video on youtube and browser but then again after rebooting no video showing just audio... :crying:

Sir, thanks for the rom. but i am facing some major problem with this rom. firstly if i Wipe data,system,cache,davik-cache. the phone get bootloop. if i don't wipe anything the phone get booted but some important apps get missing like contacts, gallary etc. but the real problem is all the google apps are missing. but if i try to factory reset phone. it get stuck in "checking connection" window. i don't know why this happening. sorry for bad English. Thank you.

Yes, there are many customizations available on "Superior Settings" section in "Settings menu". Also, System theme helps to change the looks of the ui. I have not still explored the fullest but this is the most stable Pie I tasted!

+1, even torch on QS doesnt work

Just installed this ROM, soon going to post a review and a lot of screenshots.

Installed this ROM about an hour ago. Here is the detailed review:
1. Boot up within 2 minutes(or max 3) just after flashing (no boot loops or waiting, nothing).
2. Just basic apps installed, though Messaging app is missing (see ss 2)
3. Camera app is not working (won't open) and am also not sure if it is gcam app(see the ss 12 for camera info and app version).
4. Tried to install another camera app from play store, but it's not working either(it won't even open).
5. Torch or flashlight is not working ( tried from status bar and also by long pressing power button when screen if off ( and obviously I enabled that feature from settings, see ss 11)).
6. Tried installing torch app from play store, but they won't even open. ( see ss 13)
7. 4G network is stable, not sure about VoLTE.

8. Bluetooth is working and Bluetooth headset as well.
9. Not sure about WiFi( don't have WiFi right now).
10. There are some customisations available.( See ss 6 to 11).
But there is nothing to customise in Recents Section (see the ss, it is just blank).( See ss 9)
11. Charging Speed is ok:
a) 31% charged in 40 minutes while not using phone. (39°C temperature)
b) 25% charged in 1 hr with mild usage( like using Google assistant or using Chrome or writing this review).
12. Battery backup and deep sleep yet to check.
Overall, ROM is smooth, no lags. ( Also no apps installed yet)
Magisk and kernel manager are yet to install.

SIM card selection pop-up is also there, everytime you reboot.

Battery backup is awesome, and 0% battery drain overnight (With mobile Data ON).

Please someone help me..This happens in every rom for me..After flashing any rom i get nice battery backup..But after charging above 90% and when battery stats resets the battery backup becomes worst..I am facing this in every rom..

Nothing special.
Just clean flash the ROM...did nothing else

The rom is amazing, i like it a lot!
But can you make the wide angle camera work please? It would be awesome!
I discovered a small glitch: in the lock screen there is a vibrating grey dot between the date and the front camera. It's not that anoying, but is I just told you if you could do it.
Overall, thanks for the great job, keep it up!

At each USB connection (to the computer) I have to change the USB mode ... is there no way to do it automatically ?

it tells me to enable developer options, I don't know how to do it ?
It seems to be working fine !

In fact it crashes every time (phone reboot)! it worked with DerpFest-12 manually but not for long !
I installed crDroidAndroid-12.1-20220409-a40-v8.4 + Eureka_R9.5_A405_AROMA-HMP same problem.
I installed lineage-19.1-20220409-UNOFFICIAL-a40 + NikGapps-core-arm64-12.1-20220501-signed same problem.
Finally I figured out how to enable Developer Options and disable USB Debugging... And it works fine !!

FYI, after upgrading to Build 20220711, I started getting auto reboots and a bootloop at the end. This happened once more after factory reset. I then reverted to 20220408 and everything runs quiet ok again

Derpfest is on a next level! Check the eureka development team latest update on a40 devices!

The rom is clean and stable! Gapps included like a pixel! U can install magisk and use bank apps without problem! The performance and battery is amazing. No bugs at this time. Im use this 7h.
The launcher not have option for the icon size change.
