[Completed] j3110 vs j320 firmware/rom ( or other form of help!) - XDA Assist

Hi everyone,
I thought I'd play smart and between the two bought the first one ( more RAM...) from ebay ( couldn't find in Australia) but... it's the Chinese version WITHOUT Google apps at all. And even if installed from the net (play store) wouldn't open.
So...would the firmware or rom or both or whatever needed from the J320 work on the J3110? Or any other solution available. I had rooted and changed rom on an old Galaxy 3 years back and I'm willing to do some reading and instruction following but not too deep...Not so much time anymore.
Thank you.

Just pushing the thread up the ladder...Anyone?

Last call...thanks

Hi, Thanks for using XDA assist.
It looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device, however
There is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can try to ask to get expert's help.
Good luck

[Completed] Prestigio multiphone 7600 Duo Stock Rom

Hi all,
I am new here. Since 2 weeks I am looking for stock rom (not rooted). anyone help? Please also include how to install it.
Thanks in advance
Hi,
I see you've already asked about this in the appropriate section. There's no more we can do for you.
Unfortunately finding answers on less popular devices can be difficult. I suggest you try a google search as well. Or contact the manufacturer. ?
Good luck!

[Completed] Help me to root dakele big cola 3

I cannot use Google Play app and Google services as it is a Chinese brand phone, Dakele Big Cola 3.
Can anyone help me to have a better rom for my phone.
I would be grateful.
Hi there,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device. You can try one of the generic root methods at the top of the list here:
XDA Root Directory
If that doesn't help, you will need to register on XDA and ask for help here:
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck

Maybe a stupid question (I am new to this) but can you ask that owner to share the ROM? or an image?
international ROM version dakele 3 required

I am not sure, if I understand you correctly, but Dakele offers their ROM to download in their Chinese forum.
How would that help?

It would help me if the version available for download is the international version. Right now, Google products can not be installed, and I can also not install any software that uses location.
The phone seems limited and restricted to China. In the home menu widget for weather and location, where it asks for regularly I can only select chinese cities.
Other than that, the phone is perfect!

Hi I work for a tech company.
Recently tried to load some new FW onto a phone that is in prototype. From what I read online, usually the phone actually has to exist to have the FW etc.

[Completed] Android Wear on Android

Hi everyone,
I want to ask 2 questions that i´ve searched and I couldn´t find something usefull, so I came here:
1) Can Android Wear be installed on a smartphone? How?
This is Because I have a Moto G4 Play XT1601 and a Motorola Defy+ MB526, and I want to use my Defy as a Watch ( the system, not wear it as a watch) with all the that android wear offers when is connected to a phone.
2) if the answer of the 1 question is NO, is there a Androir Wear emulator that can be installed on android ?, so in that way I can use my Defy as I explained in question 1 .
This that I am asking, is even possible?
Thanks for the space, and I´m sorry if I create a thread in any wrong way
Thanks a lot !

Greetings and welcome to assist. It should be possible to port android wear to a smartphone but you would need all the relevant source codes. I did find this thread on the subject here

Flashing it wouldn't work as the firmware needs to be adapted to each device as the hardware is different on each device. There is an excellent guide on android development here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/chef-central/android/guide-android-rom-development-t2814763
that will give you a few pointers plus you could check out xda university as well

Good Luck
