These customer support guys know nothing so its not a proof.
Few days back I also had a chat with one of these support guys and she said 93.11 is official rollout and being done in batches.

No hope for 7.1 soon. They still soak testing 7.0, they will take a long time for 7.1.

Personally I am staying away of 7.0 as long as there is no root method avail. It is just not worth it.

I think this could be an update for those who are in official soak test. NPJ25.75-2 to NPJ25.93-11
That may be the reason that the update is of 104 MB and only towards stability and security improvement.

It's not official because as you see in first ss there is no change log written. Whenever Motorola published new ota they writes Change LOG FIRST...

This was wrong alert from Motorola. They later clarified via their Forums and Twitter account that no rollout had begun India. We gotta wait for now.

If it's on Google+ then it must be true. I doubt it is official though, it's the 3rd soak test.

I ran the beta for a while and I wasn't able to find any during the month or so I used it. I imagine it'll be a little bit after its official release before we see theme support.

It's kind of strange since I've been running L04-*B360 (same build as mentioned, but US variant) for ~couple of weeks now via the Charles update thread. It runs great, but I would be surprised if they released the exact same version of the beta I'm on as the "final release" version.
If it's the same version I'll just stick with the b360 build I'm on. I suppose it's possible that each "region" version of the H8 will wind up on some slightly different version of EMUI but that doesn't really sound right either.

Huawei is really starting to tick me off. That want to be "bigger than apple" but for updates it seems like North America is in the back of the cue.
Seriously, release those updates and release that source code so we can get custom Roms running properly.
Otherwise Huawei phones will not be on my shopping list again.

They seem to have a very small team working on the US Beta (maybe only 1 person even)

All we got in the UK was the original beta N and one other small update.
They ain't doing what they said they would are they.

Yeah I had thought that the partnership with XDA was going to bring more, but so far I'm not very impressed. I'm probably going to end up switching phones again sadly lol.

Yes it's a real shame.
I have been told by them via Google+ that those of us on the UK beta program will be being an update in the next few days.
It won't be the final but will be an update of some kind.
I will post on here when I get it

Supposedly a user on the US l04 variant got the OTA. Here is the link, see post #16 https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-8/help/nougat-t3540230/page2
According to this http://www.gsmarena.com/huawei_roadmap_details_when_midrangers_will_get_nougat-news-22852.php the Chinese variants of the Honor 8 also had nougat that started rolling out on the 16th
As we know that Motorola had started soak test for the Z PLAY few weeks ago.
But now, soak test for the MOTO Z is also started!!
Those who were accepted for the Soak test are starting to receive the update, which is indeed Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The system version is NPL.26.107, for those keeping track.

I'm from Brazil and have an unlocked Z, also received the 7.1.1 update today. Not much seems to have changed. Some icons are now rounded, the camera app has been updated, got the 1st July security patch, dialer app also seems to have been updated.

BTW no it's not compatible with non retapac devices but you can install it on your retbr.
This will change your software channel from retbr to retapac so you won't be able to receive retbr updates and you will get retapac updates in future
untill sideloading some new retbr OTA to change your software channel from retapac to retbr

I have the knowledge that the channel no longer changes by installing the rom from another channel. The channel seems to be recorded on the card / IMEI, something like that.
The update is being released in lots here in Brazil, I do not know why but I always receive the updates almost 1 week after the first reports. I am very anxious and I always like the news. I used a lot of Custom Rom in my old Galaxy S3 kkkkk. Ah, your OTA download tool is not downloading on Android, By Chrome Stable it starts downloading but soon pauses, and stays pausing whenever I put it to continue, already by Firefox the download does not start.

Let's see when the update hitting on our device. I still believe that it is beta testing and full roll-out will begin Jan last week. So don't get much hope.

Moto is not giving beta testing as of the Android one also got it directly.
