[Q] my imei null/null in s4 i9505

i have mobile s4 i9505
the imei is unknown and baseband is unknown and i tried orignal rom and box z3x But without usefulness
and yestrday i tried efs folder Of note 2 then my mobile work to 5 mintue and returned as it was I think I need efs folder for s4 i9505
plz help me and thanks>>....
how i can fix it ???!!

Hey I have the same problem my i9100 shows imei null/null need to rapair it somehow. I have already tried flashing official firmwares from sammobile

The Imei is now : 000000000000000 /01
