Hey friends can any one build VOLTE modem on our lovely nexus 5. I think it is possible coz of yu yureka who have no VOLTE support officially bt there are unofficial development for VOLTE support and they were successfully developed VOLTE modem for yu yureka and that phone really works good with that. i know nexus 5 also have great n huge developer support. is it really possible or not???

Nexus 4 had some success with Hybrid Modems that enabled LTE but those too lacked VoLte support .

I was going through custom roms and none supports volte. Can anyone tell me why is it like that when actually stock rom can support volte in both sims.
Cause Honor doesn't provide how to implement it in custom ROM. This could be proprietary of honor

My Honor 6x is on Android Nougat(EMUI 5).
I have tried many custon roms and even a Chinese Oreo firmware which for bln-al20.
I didn't find VOLTE in any of the oreo firmware or in custom roms like openkirin, unofficial lineage os, resurrection remix, Elite rom but there is no volte in any rom.
I just want to know that any method available to enable volte on custom roms? Like a modem file of stock ronm or anything..?
My straight question is...

I think there are some files releted to network in CUST partition , i think we have to copy these to existing cust patrition of rom ..
question posted in wrong thread. anyway I'll give u answer. official oreo rolling out started from today so soon it will hit india then within a week all the custom roms like elite, elemental and gsi roms will support volte.
Volte is widley using in india but not in developer country so developers decided to spend their most time on solving other bugs than volte.
