nougat startup manager - Mate 8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Does anyone know how to access startup manager after installing nougat? It was accessible before on marshmallow by installing PM Plus App from Playstore, however we can't install the app after nougat.

PM plus was last updated in 2014.

PM Plus gave access to startup apps, which is now missing.. any ideas?

Hi,
I am using 'all in one toolbox'. It does the job. I hope this is what you are looking for.
As you can see from the below screenshots, it has simple interface with few other options too.
Cheers,
Sam

Android System [UID] Root Permission

Hi,
Can someone please check if you have Android System [UID] in your list of Root Permissions?
I just reloaded the stock rom and one of the permission request that popped up is Android System [UID]. : system_user_1000
I can't seeing this before...
This is normal? I've got Xposed Installed, in case that matters.

Are you using Stock ROM on your S3?

It has Android 4.4.2 pre-installed but w/o GAPPS.
It was missing Play Store as well as GoogleLoginService.apk and others.
I was trying to flesh several times some GAPPS with internal tool with no success:
gapps-kk-20140606-signed.zip
gapps-modular-full-4.4.2-20140123a-signed.zip
In the end I did that by installing each of the apps and services manually.
To do this i unzipped the package and install apps from system/prv-app
For some reason when i am trying to add Google Account i am getting standard message that the G. services are not available.
Removing cache does not help.
Have you got any other idea to make it work?
Thanks in advance, Maciek
Anyone? maybe changing rom to custom one? how to keep original rom?

Do you know which app is causing this to appear ?

I really don't have any suspicious app which might trigger this to appear, if you have ever encountered this image then please let me know which app is the culprit. Please check the image.
Thank you

I believe it was UC browser, I have uninstalled it and since then I never got that ****ty lock screen.
That was the only app which I have installed recently and usually I don't use UC browser.
I think... solved !!

[SOLVED] [Q] [Nougat] Can't use Debloater anymore to hide/block apps?

I upgraded my SM-G930F from Marshmellow to Nougat today. With the upgrade, I got some of the native and annoying bloat Samsung apps on my phone again.
On my old software, I could use "Debloater by Gatesjunior" to disable those. I can't anymore. It can only read to apps/processes (see screenshot). Is there a new version or another way to block the native apps?
Right now, I wan't to get rid of "Samsung Calendar", "Galaxy Apps", "S Health" and "Samsung Pay". The rest I guess is still block from before the update.
Thanks.

Android One Launcher

for those who enjoy the Pixel style Launcher, follow the download of the Android One Launcher, extracted from Motorola One vision.
He now updates Motorola's standard Launcher. If you want to remove it, just uninstall the update.
