If your able to access the twrp recovery just flash a kernel for your firmware. If not the do fastboot flash boot boot.img the boot.img extracted from the kernel compressed zip file that supports your firmware.

I was able to install TWRP and unlocc bootloader and root. I tried installing PAC-man_23.0.0 wiped and now the tablet will not boot passed the splash screen. I can still get to recovery with no problems. I can't access any sdcards in recovery to try to flash any other roms.

We need more details
What firmware were you on before you tried pacman?(it requires 4.1) if it was me id adb push the latest stock firmware from Asus (the package has a .zip inside a .zip so extract it once and use the second .zip)
There are plenty of guides for using adb push, google it
Make sure you have the right version of twrp for your bootloader, if not replace it with fastboot.

Yes finally. You have to download the update file for whatever version of the rom you currently have installed. Then extract userdata, boot, system, and erecovery1 and erecovery2 images. Fastboot flash them in bootloader mode. Reboot device. Shutdown device. Boot to system recovery and do a full system restore. All set.

I would ask if you could post a link to the update you used and a list of the commands you used..im in the US ..so it is honor 6x for the US
bricked honor 6x
You need three softwares
1. huawei multi tool by mt,,,,, in english version bro
2. Huawei update extractor
3. Firmware file update .zip
First extract the zip file , there you will get update.app file . Extract BOOT.IMG RECOVERY.IMG SYSTEM.IMG USER DATA.IMG using Huawei extractor software .
NOW open huawei multitool app (internet connection required)
Put all these files you extracted in unbrick folder of huawei multi tool
Follow steps to unbrick your device
Thank you..
can you send the links please....thank you!

You should use flashtool to flash newer twrp like 3.2
Open flashtool and click on flash sign and in appeared menu select fastboot mod. And in 3rd column use second last option. And then connect your powered off phone by usb cable pressing volume up key but make sure you downloaded twrp in .img format.
I also was puzzled when flashed multiple time 3.2 version with adb fastboot but in vain. At last flashtool worked. And now you'll be able to flash carbon rom.

How are you flashing TWRP? What version are you trying?
Have you tried to go into recovery after flashing?
Sometimes you may need to go into recovery to correct the permissions before anything will work.
Have you tried flashing a fixed kernel for your build?
More information please.
I have just unlocked the bootloader and did not do anything else. I am on g8141. I used the flash tool to flash twrp. I used latest version of twrp, also tried 3.1.1. I also tried dragging the twrp to the command window via adb.

Try following the instructions on janjan's kernel thread, it's very detailed with links to files.
It suggests using ADB to push TWRP.
I would avoid flashtool.
I've use fastboot to flash TWRP.
I've used the version 3.2.3.0 (offical marple version for the G8141)
Hi there,
I´ve got an Update for my BV9900.
My Problem is, I can use this BV9900_EEA_S900AA_V1.0_20200522V12_20200523-0035 Version
only for non rooted StockRom.
If I root my phone first, the Update will reboot TWRP Recovery and not his Flashmode.
If I Start the Update on an unrooted System it works.
But then I have the Problem, that I cannot root it anymore with my boot.img and twrp.img.
Can someone help me?
Kind Regards,
Chris
Please install the magisk manager app on your phone and check what if the ramdisk is "no" or "yes"
Ramdisk is Set "no"

The problem is that your phone doesn't support 'ramdisk'. So to root, you now have to patch recovery.img
This will also disable DM verity
Hope i have understood your question properly. Very sorry if i have misunderstood it.
I tried it with my patched File before but get a bootloop.
I'll try it a seconds time with patching from my rooted System

Once you solve the bootloop, before patching the img try the command
adb disable-verity
It might be DM verity that is stopping your phone to boot
I´ve got a TWRP Recovery image that I flashed.
Should I patch these or the recovery from stock Image?
The Stock that I have is the actual running version not the version that I want to update (come from OTA)?
adb disable-vertiy doesn´t work:
"verity cannot be disabled/enabled - USER build"
flashing the magisk-patched file generated in new version doesn´t work. bootloop
Do you know about a flashable BV9900_EEA_S900AA_V1.0_20200522V12_20200523-0035 ?

Sorry I didn't see your earlier message. Did you flash the patched TWRP recovery or patched stock recovery?
patched stock from older rom. the newer rom is only on ota.
I´ve no files from this
EDIT:
The ways I tried it:
1. Stock system with installed magisk/TWRP - root works but many functions are buggy
so I tried to flash the new version by OTA. Download fine, but reboot to recovery (not flashing update)
2. Installed OTA (new version) on clean stock first rom.
Update flashing works fine but cannot install root (TWRP/Magisk from patched old recovery version)
Should I try to patch the older twrp(working on stock)?
Or should I disable the option in magisk "perserve force encryption"?
Or can I find any patchable file on running system?
Many questions :-(
When you flashed TWRP did you flash it to both partitions?
fastboot flash recovery_a twrp.img
fastboot flash recovery_b recovery.img

I think try disabling that option. It sometimes causes bootloops

No, ok
Must try it a bit later.
Have to go out with the family
Try to flash the patched on a and b.
If doesnt work, will try flashing without encryption.
Okay flash recovery_a / recovery_b doesn´t work. command error.
flashing patched without verification works, but no twrp

OK. Now that you have root access, try flashing TWRP with the TWRP app. After flashing, Reboot to recovery from the TWRP app
TWRP-App in Rootmode crashes, trwp-app non rootmode showns not my device
Told me, device not rooted
Try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jmz.soft.twrpmanager&hl=en
App
had to reflash the stock system. bootloop...
now I tried it again.
Installed Stock, then updated it by OTA.
Installed MagiskManager and patched...
rebooted and flashed patched twrp.img in recovery.
installed the twrp manager... no root
MagiskManager shows me Installed N/A

Do you have twrp? If yes flash the magisk zip. By installing twrp, you are removing the root access gains by patching the stock recovery.
