I recently purchased Yu Yunique plus for some testing purposes. Upon browsing the forums, I see that most of the custom roms are for the Yunique model of the phone (1gb ram) not the Yunique plus(2gb).
1. Are these roms compatible with Yunique plus model ?
2. Does anyone has a link for working cm13/higher roms for Yunique plus ?

You are gonna be out of luck. Moat don't develop for devices with that chip.
Also just to help you out a bit more. That device is just a rebranded cool pad from China. I would look on Chinese forums.
Try to port twrp whit twrp porter from other device like Gionee M5 mini
