[Q] How to add ethernet support (ui) in android 4.2.2 (jelly bean)

I have iball 3g 7271-HD70 tablet which has following specs :
Processor : ARM Cortex A7 1.3GHz Dual Core
Android version : 4.2.2
Kernel version : iBall 3.4.5
basically i want to use ethernet to usb adapter for this tab to use of internet through modem directly(like pc or other devices wont come between modem and tablet) .
( in short i want to connect ethernet cable to this tablet )
please don't suggest me to use wifi.
i don't see any ethernet option in settings like in older versions of android.
if anyone knows, please describe full procedure because i'm fresh at the android development and modifications.

[Completed] Myria Elite 900M (MT-6582) StockROM needed !! :(

I really need help because I did something stupid. I live in The Netherlands and am the happy owner of a Chinese tablet from Romania (how crazy can it be? ) Wel, it's a fine tablet. I mean, it was... because it's stuck on pre-bootloader...
The tablet is called 'Myria Elite 900M' (it comes with MediaTek 6582 chipset)

I'll try to make a firmware update, including the bootloader. Unfortunately, I use the wrong ROM and after the reboot, the tablet is transferred to a black screen and remaning in 'Pre bootloader USB VCOM Driver' connection to Microsoft Windows 7 with a pc and USB cable. That's 'download mode', isn't it?
I need someone to offer me a download link to the StockROM (Android 4.4.2) or to a custom ROM with TWRP or CWM Recovery and of course the correct bootloader in it. I've looked on the internet for days (till I got a very heavy headage) but I did'nt find the StockROM or just a bootloader that fits to boot the 'Myria Elite 900M' back to live. If there is a custom ROM available I haven't recognised it, so that's welcome too.
I hate this because I got this tablet as a gift from my girlfriend who has a lot of effort to get it. And that's why I am quite willing to pay money for if I collect the original working StockROM. If you can do me a paid offer, please contact me!
Please help me. I will never forget if you do!

1st problem:
How do I upgrade/update/manage software on these devices, I can not find any resources for this?
2nd problem:
Somehow they both have the same MAC address thus I can not use them both on same network. Is there a way to permanently change the MAC on one of these?
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Q88 noob looking for ROM

I am new to rooting Android devices as well as this form. I am using a cheap Chinese q88 tablet for practice until I'm ready to try it on my real phone. I would like to flash a ROM onto this device but cannot find one that is compatible. Is there an eficient way to search for a compatible ROM or does anybody know of one off hand?

android version: 4.4.2
firmware: v2.1
kernel version: 3.4.39
and one more general follow-up question, now that I have rooted my device successfully what do I do with it? All internet advice says the best way to see Improvement is to install a ROM, hence, the first part of this question.
