Hi all, can someone tell me if Samsung galaxy trend plus is called also galaxy core plus?
it looks like there' s no difference between GT-S7580 (galaxy trend plus) and Galaxy core Plus..
An eventually custom rom for Galaxy core plus will work on galaxy trend plus?
Have a look:
-Galaxy trend plus: http://www.phonearena.com/phones/Samsung-Galaxy-Trend-Plus_id8239
-Galaxy core plus: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_core_plus-5842.php

There is a different in screen resolution .. core plus is 4.3 inch
N trend plus is 4 inch ..

The resolution is the same, 800x480.
The only difference is the screen size, and I don't think it's a crucial problem for the custom rom..

will be nice to work...but i dont think so..lets hope that the trend plus will have a treath for him ...
there is no way that the trend plus cusrom can work with the galaxy core but if you want to buy a new phone here recommended phone :
MID END:
XPERIA SP ( WORTH THE PRICE )
GRAND 2 ( A PROMISING ONE )
NEXUS 4 ( ALL ROUNDER PHONE )
HTC ONE S ( GREAT EXPERIENCE WHIT THIS PHONE )
HTC ONE MINI ( ONE OF THE BEST )
SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 MINI ( HTC ONE MINI RIVAL )
Core Rival :
S3 MINI ( BALANCED PHONE , NOT TO GREAT THOUGH )
GRAND DUOS ( FULL OF KITKAT CUSROM )
XPERIA L ( A GREAT ONE TOO )
All should post here to add support for trend plus http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=49806727 .
This is the only way you will have a chance for a thread for the device. Goodluck
@Lorubik
The Samsung Galaxy Core Plus and the Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus are indeed very similiar phones. Most of the ROMs for the Core Plus are based on the ones for the Trend Plus. They won't be able to work on the other phone without modification though
