Back from [M.A.D.] [ROM] [ 7.1.1 ] Unofficial AOSP N - Vernee Apollo Lite [MT6797]...battery drain to heavy...

ONE little BUG-When I`m searching for an Mobil Provider I only get the Provider Codes for example 26201, but not the Name...
One more BUG I think. I lost the Bluetooth signal to my car,when the phone goes into standby and I can`t do any call over bluetooth in my car. After installing the App "Bluetooth Auto Connect" it seems to be temp. ok. One times all ok other times I can`t do calls, because this isn`t supported
Got some problems with BT -- there´s no stable media streaming. And battery drain is aaaarghhh sub-optimal.

What's some reasons why this rom still is in beta. Changing to another Rom is the best option you have. Stock rom for battery life, AICP11 and CM13 for features, AOSP 7 for performance.

Thx for your help No prob for that... I only wanna show what bug I see in this rom, testing more an more. Quick Charge seems to be also buggy.
Quick Charge works well - Best Custom which I use on Verne Apollo lite.

Hello dev, I flashed this ROM yesterday so far very nice and smooth ROM, with many nice details here and there, like the weather when swipe the quick settings down, battery life for my useage it seems good so far. So the things that are not working in my device the ambiance display does not works, I have it off so will only show when I pull the phone from my pocket or lift it, but it doesn't work. And last the backlighting for the hardware keys not lighting. I am enjoying this ROM looking forward for the next update. Thank you for the effort you put in this project.
This is for information to all users.
The unique feature(like Oxygen OS) of this ROM is that if you type your PIN, you do not need to press"ENTER" to unlock. It immediately unlock the device after the last digit of your correct PIN entered.

The battery life of this rom is insane. I never got such a great battery life with any of custom roms ive tried.
Rom is smooth as butter.
Lags a few customizations, but i dont mind.

Giving this a try on mine. Looks really good so far! Just kinda don't understand why they limited the color selection so much if you don't have it sample from your wallpaper (I have live wallpaper so that won't work). Everything seems to work great, though, I even have it passing SafetyNet.
Is this good for a primary device or at the moment it's better to stay with android 11? (I mean even on pixel devices android 12 is a mess, from what I read - no direct experience)

depending on your usage, but battery life is bit worse than a11 for sure
also a11 overall menu is looking better than 12, but 12 you'll get like dynamic colors (wait for dotos, there're working to bring a11 qs into a12)
soc is up around 2 - 3hrs when full gaming, it's fine by me

WiFi direct is working on Android 11-android 12 without a problem. It is just the extra security policies that comes with Android 11 that makes problems with apps like pdanet or Netshare.

Camera has been tested and works fine.
Time bug should be fixed on next release
Is there facelock feature like CrDroid 7 in this ROM?
If there isn't, will u add it?
