After flashing custom ROM in Moto g2 XT1068 I lost my mobile network it showing no service and emergency calls only ,I found that I lost my one IMEI number I tried different ways I failed to restore it please help me to fix this problem

Hello! everyone firstly this post is for my friend! he has a G2 d800 and accidentally his IMEI got NULL due to something unexpected he did now he is trying to resolve it but its not happening and he even tried going to service center but they said they can repair it as it is not a n india piece! so please help me guys everything working fine just his IMEI has gone to NULL and sim slot not working please help guys!
so all the attempts to unlock for any carrier went wrong nd now it say network lock is permanently locked ...i have tried flashing roms nd all but those attempts doesnt get renewed i have searched all xda forums for the solution but failed to get any ...so i hope there is a way that this website would sure find out nd help me with it !! the mobile is lg g3 d851 tmobile usa
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Yes, if you do too many failed attempts to SIM unlock the device will be permanently unable to unlock. This is a security feature. Its been more than couple of months when im trying to find out a perfect solution for my LG OPTIMUS G (Olleh), showing null IMEI, Service disabled & a small redcross over a network bars. I've tried several baseband flashes, ROM flashes (including sling ROM), several applications for restoring & backing up IMEI but no luck. But the most weird thing that i've faced when i touch some points on LCD screen sometimes it shows signals after some moments, it disappears.
Im currently running Android 4.4.2. Help me out guys pls!

When I type *#06# to check IMEI number a blank IMEI screen is shown.
I have got cyanogen mod 12.1 installed on the phone.
Please give a solution to this problem.

Appears to be corrupted EFS. Always bad news.

my LG G3 does not contain any imie info when i dial *#06# its shows nothing ant it happen suddenly,then i flashed cloudy 2.5 but problem still not solved please help me how i write custom imei to get the mobile signals in LG g3 ls990 i have fix imei issue in MKT devices but that method not working with MSM Qualcrom
Tampering with imei numbers is illegal in most areas and not to be discussed on xda.
Writing a custom imei isn't a topic for xda.
