I have a Samsung galaxy grand neo plus (gt-i9060c) already rooted and changed the su binary to supersu.
I just want to know if you guys the TWRP developers amd Cyanogen developers if you can answer my request and make these tools to support this device because there isnt ANY supported custom roms or recoverys for this device.....

Samsung GT 5670 Has Bootloader Locked!
So Clockwork Mod does not support installing Recovery in Samsung.
but you can try samfirmwares.com which allows samsung devices to flash root which might unlock the bootloader
Samsung device cannot be upgraded to rooted ROMS!
Hi I'm new on XDA am just saw 4.4 custom rom for my Note 2(shv e250l) few days ago which mean it's Korean model but when I'm trying to install a custom rom then phone will not able to start even Twrp recovery has no model of this kind of note 2
I've also try the CW recovery but it's not useful for me

Please help me to install the custom rom of 4.4 and also help to install Twrp recovery

You have started several thread and asked this several times, Please do not start new threads just because you did not get the answer you wanted.
Most Custom Recoveries are created by people who already own and use the Device.
You best option is just to wait, if you are not willing to build it yourself.

Anyone please port a Cyanogenmod 12 or 12.1 for my Galaxy Grand Neo Plus Gti9060i. I can give you the zip rom for my device and zip for the similar device rom. I consulted XDA for finding a custom recovery for my device Samsung Galaxy Ace NXT(SM-G313HZ)
What I found was custom recoveries for Galaxy V. I flashed the recovery of galaxy V in confusion but didnot work. Help please
