Hi mate
I installed that mod , works great...if you are root you can try it and see if you like it ...you can always revert to original if you do not like it

Hi!,
recently I buy a Samsung Galaxy Core, I works well but I think the volume is no loud... Sometimes I cant hear the conversation in a call
Is there a way to increase the volume??
Thanks
I got same problem - I think it is just the way our Core is
While on a call, try hitting the vol up button.. The call quality of core is good.

For best audio and sound boost, try using Pure Audio 2.0

I picked up a pair of jaybirds I absolutely love. I've upgraded to kitkat and I rooted it, what is the best way to go to raise the volume on my bluetooth headphones? They sound nice I don't want to blow my ear drums but would like a little more kick, thank you. - Chris
I use viper4android fx and it work brilliantly. My volume is set to only 25% and the music is so loud and awesome. But only downside is you need to be Rooted to use it.

mixer_paths.xml controls the audio in KitKat.
/system/etc/mixer_paths.xml
I'd suggest google more info on this before playing with the settings. Good luck!!!

You may have better luck with this. I use Moderate or Moderate Lite. Just make sure it's compatible with whatever device you are using. It works on my AT&T Note 3 though.
Hi everyone
I have noticed that the max volume with earphones on is still too low compared to my old Note 3.
\Any way we can boost this past max volume ? I have tried all setting in audio but none has solved my issue. I think its just a fact that S6 have lower volume when earphones are on.
If possible i would prefer not to root.
Thanks !
Sorry for my bad english,

For the most part I listen to music one or even two steps lower then max volume and it is very loud ... Maybe you should not use default ear buds ... Buy better ... I have one monster by Dr dre and they are loud as hell ...

Install cm audio fx from tmobile forum of the s6 in the theme section. Works great to boost the volume.

Hello everyone.
Yesterday I was messing around with the mixer_gains.mxl and mixer_paths.mxl from my galaxy a8 and I ended up with no sound whatsoever both from my speaker and through the headphone jack. I wanted to boost my headphone loudness but right now I can't hear anything. Therefore all I'm asking is for someone to share the orginal 2 files: mixer_gains.mxl and mixer_paths.mxl since I would'nt like to flash again a rom and lose all my data. In addition to that I would like to know if someone has found a way to boost the audio for the galaxy A8. I had been using the galaxy s7 for 2 years with an audio mod and it was fantastic, but now the a8 2018 seems too quiet for me.
Thank you in advance.

Here are the original 2 files from my A530F.
:laugh::laugh:
Don't forget to make a backup next time.
Thank you so much!! You're my lord and savior, now the audion on my phone is working.
By the way, have you tried to boost your a8 volume? I can't seem to find the lines HPHL Volume / HPHR Volume or RX Digital Volume. The mixer files on this phone are so different from any other phone I have ever owned.

Glad you have the sound back.
I am not familiar with boosting the mixer files, but I use an Xposed module to boost the volume steps.
Hopefully someone can correctly alter the mixer files.
