Hello friends, As an Android developer, I faced a lot of issues during development, I have searched many mobile development blogs to resolve it, and finally I found a developer forum where developers can post various queries & receive answer from Technerds having many years of experience, so I again come up with another issue and seeking solution from the available forum. My issue is: "How to scan image from cloud database using Vuforia?", where we need to create free developer account & database consisting of target manager & license manager. I hope any tech developer may help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,
I came across a news report and also there are increasingly more discussion going on in the internet about the data collection done by Xiaomi devices . Xiaomi devices collecting user's data which includes Text,Photos,files stored on the devices etc... and sending it to an government owned IP address in china. Following are the few reports that mentioned this issue.

XDA is organized into forums for specific devices. There isn't a forum for a given manufacturer as such. So the right place for you to post would be

Two questions ...
1. That was a week and a half ago and i have not received an approval notification so i am unsure if i have missed some detail?
2. I have another app in the app store that i wish to link as well. However, i have no idea how or where i sent the link request referenced in the message?
I understand that i do not own the root and i am not the webmaster at www.freewebs.com where i host my website, but i suppose depending on how you interpret terminology i am the webmaster of my website there. But i do not know if that is a problem as i have not been able to find even a single person who is familiar with this message. And it is curious that this has occurred for just one of my two apps.
I have been all over Google Play, Google Webmasters, my website FAQs, general Google search, Google Play Developer Console, various forums including XDA and Android Central, and FAQs for several days now and i have not found any information or source for this message. I would really like to know how it came about so that i can deal with it. I think that i did not explicitly make the request, that it is an side effect of something that i did. The closest i can think of is in the Google Play Developer Console where i list my website, but i find nothing there about making a link.
Anyway, if you have any info at all about this, about linking your play store app to your website, please let me know.

Perhaps i should explain a little better what info i have received ...
At Google Webmaster i was told it is a Google Play problem since that is where the message originated and that i should go there.
At Google Play there is no forum for developers; none of the info and FAQs relate to this topic
At Android Central they said it is a user forum not developers, suggested xda
The general Google search turned up info about links between lots of things but not developer apps and websites
Nothing on this topic in the help forums at freewebs
I posted two days ago in one of the xda forums - 25 views no replys ...

We can't force people to reply to threads, everybody is here on a volunteer basis so it's really a matter of waiting for somebody to help you out. report .php problem on all Samsung android devices. We have a web site for a large senior community and members are not able to open .pdf files that are proceeded with .php in the same link, on Samsung devices. wateroakresidents.com/modules.php? Error message “can not display PDF (modules.php is of invalid format)”. These files open fine on other platforms. Our web host does not have an answer. Because we are a senior community of over 2000 and we would like to make it as easy as possible to open these pdfs.
I don’t know if the Android system could be corrected or you can offer a solution for us that doesn’t require our residents to have to download and load each file.
It is happening on all android Samsung phones and tablets and is not a
problem with other platforms. My Tablet is SM-T530NU, android version
5.0.2, Kernel version [email protected] #1. My samsung phone is
model # SM-S920L. with android version 5.0.2. Other members are having the
same problem with android products.

Sorry, but this website is for developer issues with the AOSP Android source code and the developer toolset. We can't provide help or support for issues with Samsung devices as Samsung has a proprietary version of Android on all their devices - we have no visibility of it. If this is not a problem on other device, then please contact Samsung as they are the only people who can provide support for their devices. Thanks.

It's the reason I just signed-up to XDA - because I plan to buy a tablet for the sole purpose of running USB Audio Pro app on it, connected-to my audio system via usb. So, that a given tablet does have usb host is the only feature I absolutely must be sure of getting - otherwise I'll have thrown away the money I spend on it.
In the opening post (date: 12 Feb 2012) Chainfire anticipates creating a results database, and provides a link to it. All that clicking-on this does is bring up another page which is NOT the results database, and just has a box labelled:-
"Text search or unique code:"
then adds:-
"Non-id search currently disabled due to server overload"
This has never varied over several days now and I suspect it's never going to.
Is this because the forum's name has the sub-text "Developers Only" and you have to be a developer to be able to access the database? Or what? Or is the database project dead? The thread is hardly a hive of activity (the last post was Jul 2016, and has never been replied-to)?

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately I get the same results as you, my guess is that the thread is no longer being maintained as most new devices, certainly the mainstream ones tend to support this feature

Hi all,
I am trying to access a Chinese forum which provides a lot of information relating to unlocking / flashing etc and upon attempting to interact with the page I am prompted to sign up as a member. The only issue being is that in order to sign up I need an invitation code and then told that the site is not currently accepting the creation of general accounts.
I guess I am primarily hoping that someone might be able to provide me an invitation code. However failing that, does anybody happen to have any experience or advice regarding this site?
