What is the best ROM and Kernel for battery life?

Thread will be closed anyway, but the answer is CM11. Blabla for all the guys who say rom and kernel don't matter for battery life

Please just try the ROMs/kernels for yourself, there is no "best" and these threads aren't allowed.

Keep screen alive

I use a FitBit app. Is there a setting in OOS so that I can keep the screen alive and not fade out on me (hope that makes sense?)
