Which one made the Nexus 4 and if they made it why didn't they take the full credit of the phone? I'm confused.

I have an inspire 4g that is brand new and supposedly unlocked here. It is intended to be used on a gsm carrier in Egypt, the specific frequencies I do not know, nor am I interested. I would just like to know if anyone can help me establish if it is unlocked, as well as switch the language in the whole system to Arabic. I don't oppose root and flashing if need be, however it must be very reliable and stock like reliability if so, as it is going to someone who is not so tech savvy. Basically, is it a lost cause or is it plausible to easily get this thing working in a language they can read and keep it reliable?
Thanks for any information or help in advance!

That's a good question. Only thing I suggest is to flash a Rom that has your language already installed on it.

To verify if it's unlocked u must put in a sim and see if the device will place a call. I suggest u turn off device, put in sim, then reboot. That will let u know if it's GSM capabilities are unlocked

Is your inspire an att, Verizon or T-Mobile?

It is AT&T. It appears to coincide correctly with the frequencies that are used with the mobile carrier they intend to use, and I'll have a look at all the info you've provided, thank you!

Link not working? Try again here: http://goo.gl/jmtOJy
It's quite random. MM boot animation seems way more defined and precise. This is just dots flying everywhere .. and based on recent leaks this seems to be the deal.
Not diggin it. at all.
Im not sure if i like it or not. mm is still better in my opinion.
That looks like MnMs that elongates lol. They could have done more.
Android N is a great platform and is the latest version launched by google. There's a lot of app in the market but the success of an app is analyzed by how the app works on the new upgraded platforms.
If you are looking to develop apps which work beautifully on the latest android platform I suggest you to connect with BrainMobi Technologies, a leading mobile app development company.

Anyone knows the proper root method for this model. I understand that all snapdragon variants have root now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
I believe you have to use the engineering shoot located in the ATT thread. It roots the Verizon model as well.
