Impressive on Z5 design and performance, going to have one as a gift for my gf, and have to choose a case for her as a case addictor, so glad to show your findings on any neutral case and girly case would be more appreciated.

Ideally I would like a wireless charging case like the one Sony made for Xperia Z3. Don't think that it's going to happen without the contacts though.

looks good but too expansive and not enough protection on the right side...

Watch out for this case. I've got some scratches at display after 4 days of using this case. I am trying to explain this thing with Sony Poland.

Yes, indeed.
I got a response from the Sony support. They write, I sent the phone and case so they could look at this. They promise that if the case is actually the cause of it is covered by the warranty. I do not know whether it will repair or replacement. On Monday I'm going to send phone and let you know how it goes.
(I hope my English is understandable)

English is excellent. Best of luck getting it replaced. Keep us posted. I haven't received mine yet but I'll guarantee I will give it a good look prior you putting my device in it if it causes scratches.

I've ordered the SCR42, will keep an eye out on the scratching,
Was it on the window are where the scratches where?

I have the Orzly Fusion Bumper, this one is quite interesting for those who want a real bumper, and don't mind having thick edges, the screen is never in direct contact with the surface (when the phone is turned upside down). I find it quite un-ergonomic, I can't hold well the Z5.
I also order the Orzly FlexiSlim, this one will protect the back for sure, but no the screen anymore. However, it looks very thin (like a second skin layer).
Those two are temporary, because I'm waiting for Case-Mate to release the "Barely There" case for the Xperia Z5. I already have one for my Z1 and its gorgeous and very ergonomic.

I was looking at the case mate tough.. Anyone using one?

I've used for Z3. Excellent case, although a little big and visible. I used while climbing in the mountains and trekking. Perfectly protect your phone from bumps and scratches. I've never used it in the city. I take care of device and there was no need to protect it so hard in the city.

It looks exactly like the pic, which is why I liked it even more. But yes it does make it a lil heavier, like all bumper cases. I feel it's worth the premium, in terms of weight. [emoji4]

don't see the wood case for note 3, and the cover maybe a bit heavier.

There's a new official black hard case with much better corner protection than the best hard case on Amazon. Available at mi.com/store and the mi store app.

On Aliexpress you can find the Nilkin glass screen protector, it should be very good, there is the official Nilkin shop and in costs 8$ about.

don't have the phone yet found some cheap tempered glass 0.58euro on aliexpress
and some cases for 1euro
i have ordered the gold phone was cheaper
but a full tempered glass with color could be fun to make my front black

[Accessories] Xiaomi Mi A1 cases

Just want to share some of the few cases I got for the Mi A1 that looks great in my opinion, at least. Do share yours too and details on where to purchase them. I got mine from a local supplier but you can easily find it on Aliexpress. It fits rather well and Nilkin screen protector friendly (non-full type).

I bought the nillkin flip case for the mi 5x thinking it would work as there the same phone and i think its going to fit but i there doesnt seem to be any setting about the smart case so i think i wasted some money lol

Haha. Stock Android doesn't have that smart cover feature. So, it won't show anything through that lil window. Such features can be implemented in custom roms tho or perhaps a 3rd party app if any. But generally, Mi5X and Mi A1 cases are essentially the same and should fit.

Does anyone know if whitestone dome will work on Spigen cases?

Wondering if it's compatible with the Spigen rugged armor? ?

I will have today my Note 9 and Spigen case slim armor crystal. On Monday I am planning install WhiteStone Dome Glass. We will see. I will write a comment about it.

Yep. I have it set it up that way. New to Dome which is awesome!! Spigen, been using their cases for awhile now.

Mine works with the tough armor

can anyone verifies whether whitestone dome will work with Slim Armor or Slim Armor CS ?

Rugged armor is most problematic case for whitestone glass... don't know for note9 but on s8 & 9 no go

Guys, the Whitestone Dome for Note 9 will work with ANY case. It is slightly smaller than previous Domes (e.g. for S8,S9 or Note 8), so it literally works with any case, even the ones that cover part of the screen. I have tried it with All spigen cases, UAG, samsung cases, all work just fine. They made it a bit more case friendly this time around.

Agreed, price is just ridiculous. go for a cheaper aliexpress version of the same glass, installed with Loca glue and UV light. but at 1/4th the price.

Case to loose the camera bump

As said by the title, could you list the cases here thick enough that would hide the camera bump enabling the phone to lie flat on the back.
Both cheap and expensive ones are welcome.

That's the one I have, in black. It really gets smudgy from oil on fingers pretty easily, but I still like it. Have cleaned it a couple times with rubbing alcohol and it seems to be holding up.
It's very thin and it stays on well. Doesn't hide the Cam bump completely, pretty close.

Yeah, I was looking at that one locally, but I'm not completely sold on the color since the phone is black and the case is blue, but since it's like €5, I'm willing to make a compromise for a short while. There is also a red and a gray version so I maybe opt for one of those.

Looks nice, but it says that it has a 0.3mm bump so I'll pass. Even tho that's a pretty small bump I want it completely flat.

The review says that the camera still isn't covered completely so you might pass on this as well.

I think I bought the same case you have, but from Aliexpress. If you want to look for it, search "Mi A2 Carbon Cover" and you'll find it.I bought mine from the store "Shop3983011 Store".
It's cheaper there but it takes way more to arrive, however I don't mind waiting.
