I have a Lemfo lf07/Ordro sw25/Dm09 (There are the same smartwatch). The screen works, I can see the watchfaces but I cannot do anything with the screen. It doesn't respond to the touch. I read that this can be because I have a incorrect firmware but I didn't find the firmware of this watch anywhere.

Hi folks. The company I work for sent me an M5 ATM machine and it comes with a custom android system that does not allow me to enter the settings menu without entering a password I do not know what it is. I've been trying to root my android device now for several days with no luck. I'm actually stumped here. I've rooted many other devices with no computer etc. But this particular (Z936L) phone does not seem to want to work with me. Any tips or ideas
