Download older firmware and flash via ODIN. Sammobile.com or samsung-firmware.org for official samsung firmwares

NO, don't do it. Just flash firmwares that are certified for your phone. Lollipop update isn't officially released for your Note 4, you have to wait or use a custom rom.

I have a note 3 lte version back 6 months ago i flashed it with an official lolipop 5.0 but its not the version made for my country then today samsung relased the new official version of lolipop 5.0 which is for my country the question is can i flash the new update?

I would like to downgrade my Samsung galaxy 5 g900a from Android version 5 to 4.4.
I tried a lot but without success, any help.
Please, kindly note that the Android version is 5 and Baeband version G900AUCU3BOC4.
