I like to disable that extra swipe on the lockscreen and go straight to pin entry.
Unfortunately this means there is no clock visible. Not even the status bar clock.
I can however see a xposed mod I've enabled showing data transfer activity.
There must be a way to get a clock of some kind to show on the pin entry screen?

Hello, I actually use pranjal´s rom 3. cm 7 and i miss rollable status bar on lock screen. For example "Holo lock screen" can do that, but i dont wanna use this lockscreen. Is there any possibility how to enable access to status bar on pranjal´s rom standard lock screen? :cyclops:
Is there a mod I can flash to allow the notification shade from the lockscreen? Would be nice to access Torch without having to unlock my device...
EDIT: I should point out that I don't use the lockring, and I like how 4.4 eliminates the lockring if you use a PIN for security.
EDIT 2: Even a (gigantic) Torch widget for the lockscreen would be acceptable.
So you're not able to pull down notifications or toggles from your lockscreen? By default you're able to but maybe not once you've set a password. There are many flashlight/torch widgets however.
There is a mod for Xposed called Notification Mod that enables you to pull down your notifications shade when you have a PIN lock. Couple that with the torch quick settings tile from GravityBox and you'll be good to go.

i use widgetsoid to add a torch toggle widget to the lockscreen, and i've just set my unlock to be pin rather than slide and it still shows up, so that might be worth looking into
We have a winner! This thing is perfect. Completely minimalist, it's just a small, or medium, or huge plain flat holo-style icon as a widget on the lockscreen. In all sizes, it's centered. Tap it and the LED goes on, tap it again and the LED goes off. Couldn't have asked for a better solution. And to think, I was just about to spend hours trying to figure out what the heck "Xposed framework" is and what ROMs it's compatible with and how to use it, just to get a flashlight on the lockscreen.
How is this not a feature in every ROM yet???

Ok so in the new 4.3 update are there any mods were I can hid the clock on the status bar? I already have a clock on my lock screen pin...just find it redundant that there is another clock. Since Samsung doesn't allow widgets on secured lock screen...I hope there's a way to remove the clock of the status bar for pin/pattern lock screens..
Does anyone know a way or have a solution as to how to edit or even disable the stock lockscreen clock.
I've even tried freezing stock clock app and making a third party clock app a system app with titanium backup.
I see no settings in lockscreen area for it or in clock app either. I'm out of ideas.
Are you talking about the circle clock widget on the lock screen? You can enable widgets and then remove it and add another
I get tired of it myself at times and just want a background. I enable lockscreen widgets, at the lock screen put my finger on the clock and pull down. The lockring will appear at the bottom. You know you've maximized the widget now. Now long press and slide it to remove at too. The + will appear add blank Zooper widget any size. Voilà!
Is that an iPhone 6 ?......."LMFAO!!!!"… said my G3
Hey guys,
I use TimePin and am therefore reliant on the lockscreen clock to be visible to enter the PIN. Normally, I have no issues. However, when you have music playing and the screen is locked, no time is displayed (screenshot attached). Is there a way to get the time to be displayed in the status bar even when the screen is locked?
While searching, I came across this JIRA ticket: https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/BACON-253
Apparently, this is against Android guidelines and was taken off in the 38R update.
Is there any way to get it back? Any Xposed module or mods?
Thanks!
