I tried on my Mate 8 new Android 7.
I downloaded the installation for your phone - L29C432 of 11/11/206. Installation was okay but after a reboot only a black screen. How to please go back? I had previously installed KangVIP 386. I tried to download the stock ROM for my model, but DLOAD does not work, can not get into recovery. It works only fastboot and eRecovery from Huawei, which just started, but is not able to download anything from the Internet due to an error.
When I try to load system.img via fastboot, fails flash write error.

Thanks for the tutorial, bluheart, but it did not help me. But I found a solution and now the phone is OK again to Android 6.
I do not know if I can add a link from another forum, I did not break the rules ... if so, I can rewrite the instructions and upload files to XDA ...

Use this tutorial and install recovery http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=20763212&postcount=1 (from step 3 is for recovery), then download some rom from developer section, and follow the flashing instructions, please atleast use google's translation.
Since you said you're rooted,it means you have a custom recovery. But since you're not booting into recovery, it means your rooting procedure might have had some errors. Re-root your phone.

So, many friends of mine had many bugs after flashing global firmware for our XC2304 (BRAZIL) from update service, the bugs are:
Battery draining more faster after 30% / 15%;
In Settings, the Model Number is C2305, instead of the real [C2304], its a big problem to wait future update for 4.3/4.4;
Some screen issues after flashing a global firmware;
Problems to flash a stock rom for XC2304, can't update/factory reset from sony update service, or by perfect flash/flashtools.
I'm really curious why my C2304 doesn't appears C2305 on settings after global flashing, but if you are having the same problem, I create a FTF file from my last update firmware: 16.0.b.2.13.

Its safe ok, one friend of mine had the same problem about flashing a c2305 generic FTF, but its the real stock .13 FTF for C2304, but don't forget to know that your device is REALLY a Xperia C2304! [south america/Brazil version]!
I let some screenshots, don't worry, it works very well for who was needed it.

waaaaaaahhhhh operation failed... because my xperia c... is original name are c2305... not match on my phone the c2304...brazil stock... then if if go to flash my phone will be break.. !!!! please help.. me... i dont want to use the global generic.ftf... because.. some bugs issue.. help me/// please

No, it's normal. I tested many others FTF files (GLOBAL/CHINESE/INDIAN), and this rom is the more stable that I've used. If you want to check for updates, use update service on desktop. For us is not o problem because one update for 4.3/4.4 isn't programed until now. So don't worry about it!
Are you flashing with Perfect Flash?

It will not break your phone ok, don't worry. A friend of mine here in Brazil was using a Global ftf (for c2305, but his XC was c2304 actually), so if you try to flash with Perfect Flash I think It doesn't will brick your XC. Just try and tell me if it works for u!

Ey guys,I recently unbricked my phone with the generic firmware and after that I got issues with hspa+,my download speeds are now +-50kbps..and the firmware has two umts bands supported,will this brazillian firmware solve the issue

Dude, for me HSPA+ is working very good, even here in Manaus our 3g service is a kick in the ba**ls. So, try to flash this ftf that I create for us. For me, this is the most stable that i've used since I bought this XC.

Hi there
Does anyone got a CWM flashable backup from this firmware here?, I lost the SIM card recognition by loading ROMs for the C2305 and I can't flash this firmware because of the firewalls at my office (it blocks the WMShua) I turned my phone into a pretty nice tablet, can't use it anymore for callings

Well it kept going "Booting Up! Please wait" then restart in 30 secs again and again. What can be the issue.
I installed it in two ways, Cleared the caches and wiped everything, finally didn't WORK on XPERIA C 2305
WHAT'S DIFFERENT BETWEEN 2305 AND xxx6 ANYWAYS ?

This happens when your device is not on 16.0.B.2.13.

Visit THIS thread. Isase purana wala software install ho jayega.

Found a solution for Neffos X1 Max (Nougat). It is possible to root with Magisk Manager. Please note, that you have to unlock the bootloader (fastboot oem unlock).
Dont be afraid of "orange state" on bootup because of unlocking, this is not a problem.
Its a good idea to do this in two separate steps:
1. Unlock bootloader, see is phone is still working
2. root it
and .. no guarantee

Already had phone in "orange state" since I bought it.
Now I tried install Magisk Manager and got boot loop
It doesn't even worked flashing the stock boot.img.

There's an OTA update from 28-06-2018 which I received today.
The boot.img from the update doesn't work.
Use the same boot.img from stock 7.0 and you're good to go.

i got good news about rooting Neffos X1 Max. Meanwhile, there is a twrp available. You can download it from here: https://unofficialtwrp.com/neffos-x1-max-twrp-3-2/. I have used it with the newest release R2911. Please note, that i do not installed "no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.0.zip" and it is working fine. After flashing this twrp (with fastboot flash recovery <filename>), i have installed the Magisk.zip (version Magisk-v20.4.zip) with twrp and installed the Manager in Version MagiskManager-v7.5.1 and it is working fine. Please note, that i can not guarantee that this will work with your device, but it has worked for me. And i can not give any further support, because i am not a developer. Do it on your own risk.
If you are interested how to remove the " Orange State" (this means the message at bootup and the 5 seconds delay), you have to follow this instructions: https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-31664.html. It is in german language, but google translate may be your friend...
This is working, too. You can use the "lk.bin" from the original update package, whitch you can download at Neffos. After patching, flash it with "fastboot flash lk lk.bin". But - be aware - no guarantee, but it has worked for me.
