I have a fly mobile it had a problem it enabled data automatically. i had deleted apn conig.xml from system but it automaticaaly load a chinese apn named(cmnet and cmwap) . I also use adblocker root version but nothing work. Does anyone have a solution to this excepting flashing firmware coz I dont want to loose data.

the same happened to me when i flashed v20g , i guess the rom didn't have apn settings for my country so i just downloadeded an app called "apn portugal" from the market and it set my apn's fine and now data works.

Either that or you can:
1 - manually configure your phone, (get someone with the same operator as you and configure your phone likewise using "Settings" ->"wireless networks -> "Mobile Networks" -> "Access Points" )
or
2 - > just ask your operator to send a configuration SMS, the whole process should be automated..

I have updated my phone to the latest software version (V21g) but now I cannot re-root it, help please!
you should use megatron root to root v21g. search the forum it's around here somewhere.
Just want to know weather I have bricked the phone or it is something else and what it is. I tried to root the phoen with baidu rooter it does is i do not understand chinese so after it had done downloading with the binaries from the net and every thing was over I can delete system app and used app to check the phone was rooted. On installing titatinum backup pro it told me that the binary from the baidu is not stable for the current version use Super user binaries instead I downloaded it and restarted the phone and deleted the baidu but then the apps say it is not rooted, The system error came up . I tried to factory reset now what i am getting is the setup wiz fail then on skippin it no app screen you can acess the setting and then launch from the app if they are available as option. receive call and sms no outgoing so what is the problem and what could be the solution thanks in advance

After using baidu, did you use root checker or some app to confirm if rooting was successful?
at what point exactly did call and sms stop working and does your phone still show signal bars?

Have you tried the kingroot app? It worked for me on my a106 and the latest version is in English. You can find the link right here in the XDA website
I have a n915k, updated with Odin to stock 5.01 and rooted. I want to try and remove the Korean calling protocol and roaming data block. After a reboot, everything works fine for a few hours, then for some reason it decides I am roaming/in Korea (?) and when I try and make a call it asks ‘Calling Korea’ or ‘Calling other countries’. I can no longer send MMS messages, it decides I am roaming and ‘data is blocked’ (for MMS), but data still works from my Vodafone (New Zealand) supplier. A reboot and everything works again for a few hours.
I had the same problem with the original 4.4.4 but after rooting and installing Xposed framework there were some modules which fixed this issue. Unfortunately the framework isn’t working yet with 5.01. I tried the Aroma bloatwear uninstaller, however, that also seems to be 5.01 incompatible. I did write down all the items it wanted to uninstall and then manually uninstalled using Uninstall (root), which works well. Most of the items Aroma bloatwear uninstaller wanted to remove weren’t there, so I assume they have changed name or not in this ROM.
Any suggestions what these Korean market additions might be called, so I can remove them? I have already uninstalled anything with Kor in it. Or any other recommendations?

so i'm having dificult now , my system has got infected with some malware , it keep install apps when conect to internet
u'm using malwarebyte to scan and it say that i got trojan on search.apk , setting and update software
i try to hard reset my phone but not work , ai know that root can delet system but i can't delete it becouse it in setting how can i delet setting?
ist there is a way beside flashing to fix this ?

Rootkit on an android? Now that's rare. If you tried every conventional method, I doubt anything is going to work. You can try disconnecting from the internet, check your running processes and services, kill them if found, scan with Malwarebytes and attempt to locate problematic files manually using explorer. There have to be some specific apps that are being installed, can you name them?
And full factory reset did not help you?

full factory reset doesn't work

i mean this malware infected setting so it change system (like permission to install from outside play store) also my setting icon changed too
here is list apps being installed : uc browser , ucnews , some cleaner , some launcher and lock screen
I was installed some s8 random apps (downloaded from appmirror) by the following tricks from this forum.

For some reason i was reset(hard) my phone (by wiping data + cash partition). After successfully reset when device is turned on i found an unexpected error like below:
Device Locked
Device Management has restricted certain features on your device.
Please contact the administrator to re-install Device Management to recover your restriction.
Now I can't access CAMERA(security policy restricted camera), SD-Card not found(showing not inserted), Bluetooth is also disabled. USB-debug is also disabled although DEVELOPER OPTIONS is enabled. Screen-shoot is also disabled. I have flashed my mobile multiple times after that occurrence with proper updated files(AP,BL,CP,CSC,pit). But my problem is still remain. I really don't know what to do. Plz help me out. Thanks in advanced.
N.B: I have also used a fresh gmail account but problem still remain. I have a backup EFS folder but i can't root my phone as usb-debug is disabled. I was tried multiple times to root my phone by CF-Auto root for sm-g930k but it stuck on KT logo and as a result i have flashed it again and again. :crying:
