[Q] Wipe data/ factory reset soft bricked my phone

I am on A9192: HTC Inspire 4G.
My mobile got locked by too many patterns attempted. It asked for email and password, though I provided right information, it didn't let me go through.
I tried few options from Cannot unlock tablet as have no internet connection? but none of the option worked for me.
Anyway, I tried to factory reset through its stock recovery which is in chinese and labelled as `HTC ACE v4.0.0.2`.
I selected `wipe data/factory reset` which could have uninstalled the ROM on it. So, now my mobile is showing company logo only.
Every time I go to mount and storage menu, I find system, cache and data are unmounted. Though I mount and reboot the boot, it again gets unmounted.
What to do now ? I know this phone is rooted but I don't know if its bootloader is unlocked or not. It shows S-OFF on bootloader menu. Is it possible to install the system again ?

HTC Desire 820 refuses root, refuses software updates, Factory Reset not working

I have problems with my HTC Desire 820 (single SIM) phone, have been unable to fix it myself or seen any reference to the problem(s) on all the websites & forums I have visited.
The phone, by the way, runs very smoothly, is quick & its overall performance does not appear to be hindered by the issues mentioned below.
My intention was to root the phone, firstly I unlocked the bootloader as per the HTC Developers website. The next step was to root the phone however this is where the problems started as the phone refused to install the recovery & by implication, the SuperUser. Regardless of the utility used & I have since tried many (I really like the Windroid Universal Android Toolkit), the root does not occur. Have tried via laptop using 8.1 & later Win 10 & desktop PC using Win 7 & later Win 10 – same result, no root.
I have tried to relock the bootloader, however that will not work either.
There are two more problems, firstly the Factory Reset (buttons & software) now do not work either. The phone “gives the impression” it is doing a factory reset, however it has absolutely no effect. The final problem is that the phone now refuses to install the latest update (1.05.980.6), I select update, the phone restarts but immediately goes to the HTC Fastboot screen & waits for my next command. Regardless of the commands selected, when the phone has fully booted up, it tells me there is an update to install & asks would I like to install it – clearly a circular argument.

So in effect, my phone will remain on Android 4.4.4. indefinitely unless I can resolve the issues.
The bottom line is that I really do want to resolve all the issues - help please.

[Help] Touch not working, green display, no factory reset and recovery!

Hi guys,
first of all sorry for my english
I've recovered my Htc One S which for a long time was unused and I found some surprises:
always green display, touch not working and impossibility to do a factory reset (it starts but after few seconds the phone reboots and doesn't complete the reset) or to go in recovery mode (after selected the phone reboots and doesn't go in recovery).
The phone has been never unlocked, it's still stock, with s-on and hboot 2.15.0000
Can you help me?
I don't know how to start, I would install a new rom to try to solve the issues but to unlock the phone for the s-off I need SU, right?
How I can do if i can't install it?
